I know someone who lives here and it seems to be a pleasant place to live. They allow pets, but I believe there's restrictions on size and numbers. The acquaintance's home has a washer and dryer in unit, two bedrooms, one bath, and a small kitchen and medium size living area. The visitor parking rules are kind of draconian, but it's probably for the comfort of the residents. I believe they maintain the lawns and their appear to be some communal recreation areas but I've never seen them in use.
