Toured this community and the welcoming that I received was warming. I have to sell my home first but I have decided that this is the place I'll call home for the remainder of my years. Community looks and smells great. Staff was very pleasant and treated me as if I were family. My kind of place. Also, it's close to everything I enjoy in Fredericksburg, Va.

I can not say enough about the staff at Evergreens At Smith Run. My family and I were going insane up and down emotionally trying to find a place for my mother where she could feel at home and comfortable. After months of searching and reading reviews we came across this community online. My husband and I went to meet with the community manager and let me tell you, everyone in the office made us feel so welcome and absolutely put to rest any concerns we had. After showing us the property and giving us all the information we requested we decided there is no place we would prefer over this community

Evergreens at Smith Run Apartments is a great place to live. I simply love it here.The staff are always professional and courteous. They listen to what you have to say and help in any way possible. The maintenance crew are prompt, courteous and professional. The grounds are beautiful and always maintained. We are a community, a place where neighbors look out for one another. We are a place where you can sit on your porch, talk to your neighbors and relax by the poolside.

The Evergreens at Smith Run Apartments is perfect for my wife and I. There’s a washer and dryer in the apartment. It has 2 bedrooms with plenty of closets space. They’ve got an activity room, and they have the bridge, movie nights and dominos. They’ve got a pool and have exercise classes like water aerobics. It’s close to our son. Everyone has been very sweet and pleasant with me. The staff is real nice. They have the best location too. It’s close to my doctors and shopping. While on our tour I met several of the residents. Recently I was looking for the perfect place for my Aunt to move after her retirement so that she would be closer to her family. We stumbled upon Evergreens at Salem Run and met with the wonderful staff there to see if this would be the perfect community for Aunt June. What a wonderful place this turned out to be. The staff worked with my family to make this move as smooth as possible. If you are looking for a 55 year plus community for your family or yourself Evergreens is the perfect place with a full staff that treats you like family, beautiful apartments and grounds. Evergreens At Smith Run was one of the cleanest and most up-to-date places we've checked out. It had a swimming pool and a very good exercise room with a lot of equipment. They had a lot of activities, too. They were located in a very good spot where there's shopping all around. Overall, we liked it. They don't serve meals because it's independent living.

What a beautiful community! The staff for many years has been nothing but wonderful to me and my family. Such compassionate people. I also enjoy the amenities, the events put on here, and I have made friends who I get to go out to dinner with and talk with every day. If you're looking for a senior community with elevators (which is a plus) I recommend moving here at my home, The Evergreens at Smith Run.

Religious discrimination! I am commenting on the case with the elderly man and his wife who were holding a Bible study in their home ! I am so shocked at your treatment of Christians ! They are practicing their religion ! Jesus told us in Matthew 28:19 “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:” How can we practice our religion unless we teach and tell others about Jesus and His word ? That is apart of our religion ! I pray that you come to Jesus in Jesus name ! He loves you as do I , this is so wrong what you are

I lived at the Evergreens for 3 years and unfortunately had to leave due to personal reasons. I loved living at the Evergreens. The local management always treated me with love and respect. My apartment was lovely as well as all of generous facilities available for resident use. Any needs and repairs we taken care of quickly and with courtesy . I would gladly recommend the Evergreens in the future.
