I had to submit it twice and call it in. Both submissions on the website were closed electronically before anyone came. I called the office and reported that they were closed and my fan was still leaking water. About two hours later maintenance arrived.

Hard to Park!!!..not sure if all these cars live here or just not parking in the right places when visiting. Other than that. I love living here. I love the management team, Laura and the new ladies and gentlemen are amazing.

Lived here for over a year and was absolutely the worst experience. The people living here are trash, the people working here are trash as well. Multiple car break ins and no one in the office cares. Neighbors are VERY loud at ALL hours of the night. Lots of creepy old men that aren’t afraid to stare. Not to mention no one picks up after their dogs. The complex also had their roofs redone and the company that was hired left nails all over the parking lot and multiple people had nails in their tires. I’m very happy living at Collier Park. It’s been a long time since I have had to downsize from a house to a 1 bedroom apartment but the staff here has made that transition as easy as possible for me. The quality of the apartment and grounds are above average I would say....not awesome but above average for the cost. But what really makes me feel at home here is how I am treated by Kelly, Loren and Aaron. They have been eager to suggest ideas to someone new to the area, have addressed any issue or potential issues immediately and have overall treated me like apart of the family. I would definitely

I really love my apartment. Great management team. I was so surprise they knew me by name when I walk through their doors. They address every issue I had with my apt in a timely matter. I don't know when I'm gonna leave. 10 stars for me.

Honestly wouldn't recommend this place. Prices are inflated for a very unsatisfactory experience. The gym is open when convenient, as well as pool. Pool is disgusting, and your probably going to have birds in your vents or get constantly bothered by your maintenance men to re bandage a problem that could be fixed the first time. Just very unprofessional and disappointing experience and i hope i save someone the hassle and time. P.s. they did finally update the gym. So well there's a reason for the 2 stars.

I have been a tenant here for 8 months due to a house fire. I can't say enough about how kind and helpful the office staff and the maintenance men have been. They work so hard to keep the grounds clean. The lake is beautiful and clean with lighted fountains at night. Most of the people who live here are respectful and kind. Some tenants take advantage which is a shame. Kudos to the wonderful staff! 😊
