Kingswood Townhouses are beautiful apartments located in the heart of Grove City, Ohio, a suburb to the southwest of Columbus. These two bedroom townhomes feature beautiful open floor plans that are sure to fit your needs and let you create the home of your dreams. Storage will never be an issue as each apartment has a full basement - a rare find in today's competitive leasing atmosphere.
During the summer, you can enjoy the sparkling pool of Kingswood, or walk to the end of the community to experience one of the many parks that Grove City maintains beautifully. The mature landscaping will make you forget that you're not in a far-off hideaway, but instead just moments from major highways that can zip you all around the state.

DO NOT even consider this place. Almost got trapped into it and definitely dodged a bullet. Not only did they charge us $200 in fees that were non refundable and did not go towards anything but the leasing office (and the lady couldn’t even explain to us what they were for), they also would not let us look at the unit until our “move in day” and gave us 15 minutes to look and come back to sign. We also had to come prepared with our check and all utilities on for the apartment (even though we never looked at it!). The lady that works in the office, Holly, was the most rude and unhelpful lady

WORST APARTMENT EVER!
We’ve had an ongoing mice problem for weeks and all management does is give us sticky traps. Living here is untenable. The basement floods just about every year if not multiple times a year and nothing is done about it. They raise the rent every single year but do absolutely nothing when a tenant is in need. It took 6 years to get a new dishwasher and the property manager just wanted to grout our tiles in the bathroom when there was mold! I would give this place 0 stars if I could! Steer clear of this property, it isn’t worth it! Only choose this place if your only other

I have lived in a lot of apartments and I have to say the staff here at Kingswood the friendliest I have ever felt with. Sandy in the office will do her best to help out anyone as long as it is possible. Rob the maintenance man is so great at his job and also will do whatever he can to get whatever is broken fixed and fixed correctly. Now these apartments are not new and they are not perfect, things break and things are older but they do their best to keep everything in working order. I have no plans of moving from here until I buy a home.

Facts: My husband and I have lived here since April of 2014. We have never payed rent late in those 6 years. Since COVID has began we have continued to pay rent as close to the due date as possible. Oakwood Management (manages Kingswood Property) gave two months of “grace” to every tenant. As in no late fees were applied to late rent payments. But rent was still expected in full.
Come July, Oakwood Management decides that the backlash from COVID was over and returned everything to normal. My husband's work hours have been severely limited and we have not been able to pay rent for the month

Lived here a year and have had nothing but problems. Day one we had a new stove but the handle was broken, I’ve put in multiple orders for a new handle and still have yet to get one. My basement gets wet every time it rains and just soaks my floor but there is “nothing” they can do. Takes them forever to even come check on a work order. There was an entire building treated for bed bugs but nobody else was informed. I found out from my daughters friend who lives in the unit. Pay too much for this place for them not to fix anything and on top of that, updated apartment or not, the cabinets

The floors feel like the are going to crumble, staff is slow, and the apartments are way overpriced for what they are. There are a lot of older people who have lived in them for years and they are rude as well as most of the people who live in these apartments. The walls are paper thin I've had my neighbors ask questions about quiet conversations that I've had within my home that were personal. Also a lady was stabbed a few years back in front of my apartment her family lived in the one next door and this was never disclosed with us we had to find out through friends and news reports. The apartments
