My daughter rents from them she moving back with me, she going to try and find a house for cheaper price. She pays 850.00 or 950.00 for a one bed room small enough that you can turn on the bathroom light and light the whole apartment. Way to small for the price, but it is Grove City. Its nice if your not looking for spacious. Its quiet, clean. If you can afford it. Go for it. The office guy is extremely nice and the customer service is wonderful.

Absolutely not! There is no proper HVAC system; it's basically a large space heater in the living room. That's it. My heating bill was around $200 a month in the winter for a 1bd.
No proper vents throughout the unit. Your in-unit laundry room doesn't even have a vent for the hose on a dryer, making the unit damp.
Units are very dated and overpriced for what they are. Expect centipedes, ants, silverfish and all sorts of bugs the moment it's warm outside.
The walls are paper-thin and I was in a corner unit. The bedroom common wall is your neighbor's living room.
My neighbor's dog barked constantly

I have absolutely loved living here, my husband and I lived here for a full year and have just renewed our lease. The staff is extremely understanding, kind and willing to work with you on anything that comes up. The apartments are clean and they have extremely thick walls (this is not sarcasm). They’re extremely pet friendly! The community is quiet and friendly and/or reserved for the most part. On top of all of that you could not find a better price for a place in the center of Grove City. I would highly recommend this apartment to any of my own friends and family.

I've lived in Suffolk Grove for the past two years and have greatly enjoyed this community. The property manager went out of her way to have my apartment adjusted for easier access (I'm a disabled veteran) and maintenance personnel are the most accommodating I've experienced outside of military installations. Not only are management and maintenance awesome, but I've also had terrific neighbors who are caring and supportive. Overall, Suffolk Grove is quiet, well maintained, and reasonably priced and gets a BIG TEN from this reviewer.

I've lived in Suffolk Grove for 2 years. I think Carla the property manager is nice and does what she can. Yes, the rent does get raised a lot but it's not her that is raising it's the owners of the property are. I do think the cost for this apartment's are high but your paying to live in a nice area. I've never had a problem with maintenance. Anytime I have a problem they come as soon as they can. Yes, the apartments do need to be updated they have older wall paper, tile, and you don't have central air you have a hotel air system in the wall which makes the electric bill really high. But all the

Beware!! The day you move into Suffolk Grove Apartments will be a day you will regret. They take care to make the outside look pretty good but ask the tenants about maintenance and service. I lived here for almost a full five years before I got any service. The wallpaper is coming off, the carpet is full of stains and cigarette burns, electrical outlets were loose and causing sparks, my over-head kitchen light hasn't worked and the smoke detector hasn't worked until I involved the Grove City Building Inspectors. In fact none of these repairs were addressed until I had the building inspectors order

I've lived here for 2 years and for the price, I think Suffolk Grove is great. The attic space in these units are fantastic for storage and the laundry room is an actual room. Maintenance has always been quick to fix any issues, they keep the sidewalks shoveled when it snows, there is plenty of parking and Carla, the property manager, is very friendly and helpful.
