Front desk staff were awesome. Clean room, clean bed. We had some difficulty parking there but not something to complain about for that area. There was a noisy neighbor late at night. That's nothing the hotel can control, but a call to the front desk and Oscar took care of it right away. No more noise. Nice place overall.

We stayed here because the price per night was a great deal. However, I was a big shocked at the lack of services this hotel offers:
Due to COVID, they terminated their breakfast and cleaning services. This was fine, but it was really annoying to have to keep going downstairs to ask for new towels and other supplies and have garbage pile up. They ask you to leave the garbage outside in the hallway for pickup, but that also means you'll have to walk through some trash-ridden hallways. Their original cleaning of the room wasn't very thorough as we found old bandages in the shower and there weren

If you've got bizniss or family at Cedars Sinai, it's a pleasant walk past the Beverly Center between the two. Rooms are fairly spacious with great bathrooms. Hollywood motif graphic portraits along the hallways and a tidy lobby with lots of glass to street watch. Elevator tiny and parking is a bit cramped. Probably one of the better values in this corner of LA, Hollywood and Beverly Hills.

I now understand what a boutique hotel is!, It’s a step or two above a motel 6. We were in a deluxe king room. It was in nice shape. The coffee maker didn’t work and they were prompt at replacing it, there were coffee pods but no cream or sugar. Our 2nd night was a cold night and either the heater doesn’t work or they don’t have one in the room. Our 1st night we had to use the A/C which worked well. The lighted make up mirror didn’t work, not that i cared. Keep in mind the refrigerator doesn’t have a freezer compartment and the microwave is in the lobby. It was nice to have a desk and

I stayed here 9/12 for one night. The hotel itself was clean overall. The front desk person was super nice and accommodating. I asked for a room that faced away from the street as another reviewer suggested and it was super quiet even with the window open. The room was clean and updated. The carpet could be replaced but other than that I liked it. I did notice a slight mold smell in my room and called to see if I could get another room. They did have one that was a king, I was in a small standard room. That room had a nice view of the mountains and lights but it was next to a power pole and I didn’t

BEWARE…My husband and I decided to take a little getaway for our anniversary the first time away from our kids and we found this hotel and we’re super excited to start our trip. We arrived at 4:45pm check in was easy we went up to our room and noticed the room was warm. No big deal we thought. This is often the case when a room hasn’t been occupied for a little bit. We turned the air down and got ready for dinner and left thinking once we got back the room should be cooled off. We got back around 7:15pm and the room seemed even warmer.
