The Paul G. Boorman Trail is one of the most popular walking and biking trails in Longview, TX. This trail is almost 3 miles long and runs through the Grace Creek Corridor. It is also right in the backyard of Summer Brook Apartments! You will also find a playground and picnic areas along the trail in Jackson Park.
Best maintenance team ever! The previous apartments I've lived in would take days or even weeks to get around to maintenance requests and the team at Summer Brook fix things immediately. My a/c broke today and they got it working perfectly by the time I was home from work. I love living here and my only regret is I didn't move here here years ago!

Looking for an apartment in this current world climate is hard! It feels like moments after one is listed it's rented. London, and the rest of the staff at Summer Brook made us feel like they WANTED us to rent from them and went out of their way to help us!
The apartment is clean and well kept and we're excited to lease with them for as long as possible!

Summer Brooks was my very first apartment experience. The management is exceptional with efficient maintenance, courtesy calls, and dedication to excellence. I feel safe and at home at Summer Brook Apartments. I’m getting ready to move this year; going to miss living there. I’d give them more than 5 stars if I could.

I've been here for about 2 years and I knew as soon as I toured that I was going to nest and settle in here. I love being against the Borman Trail so I can walk with my dog. The staff is friendly, and communication with them is always timely. Maintenance requests are taken care of promptly. Most important: I feel safe. Overall- very pleased.

We have lived here for almost 6 months and love it here! Morgan and London are awesome, any maintenance issue we have had (which have been very minor/few) are handled quickly and easily. Great location, rates and we always feel safe here! Can’t wait for summer to get back to the pool and the grill!

I have lived here for a couple of weeks now and I absolutely love it. All of my neighbors are so friendly, the office staff is super nice and the grounds are kept immaculate. My dog and I appreciate the dog park so much and I feel completely safe here. It’s so quiet and peaceful.😌 I had some trouble with my a/c one day and they had it fixed within an hour!
