Oak Hollow Apartments

Everybody I've met here is very friendly had to come emergency to take care of somebody lives in these apartments have disgusted at the laundry Room which charges you $2 to wash $2 to dry but the dryer's never dry good enough so it literally cost to $4 to dry a load that is a little bit too much

Absolute terrible experience would never recommend to anyone. The manger is completely unprofessional and petty. Literally get a note everyday about a wooden table and my clothes drying on the balcony. The rooms are clean but you can tell they have been completely ran through. Feel like it’s more of a hassle to ask for any repairs from Maintenance because we’re always getting a attitude from them. NOT WORTH YOUR TIME.

By far one of my wife and I most loved locations to get a lease. Location is amazing and the front office is kind and very personable.

Nice apartments. There a little old but clean. 2 pools and a tennis court. The best part about it is the location.... right off the loop. 5 minutes from everything. 2 bedroom 2 bath for 740 a month. Not bad for longview.

The office staff is very friendly, the maintenance crew is very quick with calls and does a great job. The apts are a little older, like most in the area but I love the floor plans. Makes if feel more like home and cozy. Rent $ are pretty fair too. I loved this place, would definitely recommend it!

Wouldn't recommend. The blonde lady in the office is passive aggressive and unpleasant to work with. If maintenance comes in to work on anything in your apartment, they'll leave their trash all over the place along with nails and boards. Appliances are out of date and some only work on occasion. Their office hours say the day ends at 5:30 but 9 times out of 10 they'll be gone by 5 when you need them. Drainage system is horrible and water flows directly to the back porch of certain apartments causing them to FLOOD. Don't let them fool you with cheap prices because you'll get cheap service in return

Do not recommend moving here, the blonde lady in the office should be fired for how she acts. Ask her about anything going wrong in your apartment she acts like it's no big deal and blows it off. Also had extra fines they hit my credit with and did not tell me after I moved! 42$... Seriously this place is trash and that's why I moved and I noticed 2 for sure drug dealers that lived there. Never left there house didn't work and different people coming in and out there apartment 24/7! Don't move here.

Rent is cheap... they have updated inside of apartments so they are nicer. right next to walking trails so that is nice. lived here for year and had no issues. some cars did get broken into, but management was good to let you know about it to help prevent it. Sherrie in the office is the best to work with. The other officer person was really rude, so ask for Sherrie to help you when you need it. there are nicer places to live in longview but like i said $700 for a 2/2 was a steal at the time.
