This place is a DUMP!!! Lived here for 6 months and no hot water( after repeated calls to office to have fixed) Did not replace carpet(as promised) nor did they even clean it. They were supposed to paint my accent wall....NOPE NEVER HAPPENED just a half asked cover up job. Cabinets falling apart...I could go on & on. DO NOT CONSIDER THIS DUMP APARTMENTS. I will be moving ASAP!!!!

I've only lived here for about six months now and I have to say, the office staff are very friendly (as long as you're friendly, I really appreciate that they'll speak to you with the same tone you give them) and maintenance staff are always polite. My only issue staffwise would be someone who I assume is a groundskeeper, this last summer he kicked us out of the pool about thirty minutes before the pool would close normally, not a huge deal but annoying. I've had some small issues with the plumbing and the front door sometimes doesn't close all the way, but it's definitely not something that I

My master bathroom ceiling fell down and the maintinence men put it back up with ugly silver tape 7 MONTHS AGO and never came back to fix it. I’ve put in a lot of work orders for it too. The heat doesn’t work in the winter and the AC doesn’t work in the summer. Staff is nice and stuff but that doesn’t really mean much when nothing works. Also the shower water never gets hot it’s just kind of warm. :(

My lady friends stove oven has been malfunctioning for over a year.
It is 100 degrees off. Set it at 350 TEMP, it shuts off at 300, waits till temp drops to 250 then comes on again. A proper stat does not drop 100 degrees before coming on...

I've lived here two months and had numerous problems from day one. They did move me in on short notice, but the day before I was due to pick up my key I went in to turn in my renter's insurance and electric account numbers in, I was told it would be another week. It was extremely last minute and ended up costing me extra money at my previous residence. Took me 2 hours to get into my apartment once they gave me a key because none of the keys worked.
