I'm a resident...its fairly quiet but I live in a studio apt and find it kinda absurd to now be paying a extra 50$ for a apartment that Doesn't even have a door to its only bedroom...This will be my last year leasing...but All in all everything is in ok condition just the occasional shut down of water supply weekly for plumbing repairs 🙄

If I could give zero stars I would. My boyfriends apartment was broken into twice while he lived here & the maintenance man simply rigged the door to “fix it” each time. In addition to that, my car was also broken into multiple times while spending the weekend. Also, the ladies in the office are extremely rude & unprofessional. Maybe if they spent less time clapping back at all of the bad reviews they get & more time on improving their property they would have more business and better reviews. The water gets turned off every other day for maintenance. The water pressure is horrible here. The

My girlfriend is being screwed over by the administration. They are attempting to charge her another months rent after she moved out and has proof that she paid for the last months rent after she moved out. I do not recommend this complex. Sloppy administration and sloppy follow up on disputed settlements.

Very sweet people and a family like community. The maintenance guys are awesome! They get in the day you requested and and they definitely get right to the problem, if it’s something more deeper than what you thought it was they take the time to figure out the problem and try to get it fixed right away. I’ve had a lot of issues lately and they fixed it every single time. They are greatly appreciated!! I thank them for all their hard work!!

I lived at saddlebrook for almost 6 years. In these six years, someone was shot by Longview cops. Someone stole every tool that I own out of my vehicle. Someone totalled one of my daily vehicles, while high on k-2. Wiring in an apartment caught a building on fire. Somebody had died in one of the apartments and went unnoticed for weeks, until… someone smelt it, they had to vacate the whole building.
