Looking for pet-friendly apartments in Longview, TX? Look no further than Summer Green Apartments! As one of the few pet-friendly communities, we proudly allow cats and dogs here. No more than 2 pets are allowed per apartment with each pet weighing no more than 100 pounds.
We do not accept Akita, American Bulldog, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Mastiff, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Dalmatian, Great Dane, any non-domestic dogs, or any mix of these breeds.Property staff reserve the exclusive right to make the final determination as to dog breed.

Security deposits will vary depending on size and qualifying criteria. Our community partners with SayRhino as a security deposit alternative. Yes, if the lease buy-out fee has been paid. A 60-day notice is required before vacating your apartment. Please make sure that you reference your signed lease agreement and confirm policies with your Property Manager as there could be unique circumstances.

I just wanted to take the time out to acknowledge one of the most wonderful , kind, and special managers by the name of sonja morrison. not only has she did an awesome performance in catering to me and my and my husbands needs. but we also come to gain a true friend . i currently moved to a new unit in the complex and it was like my new residence was specially picked for us i have no complaints . if you are looking for a relateable and compassionate person for finding a new residence come to summer green ......#teamsonjamorrison

Sonja Morrison helped me get situated with a last minute apartment back in October, she’s been so helpful ever since and makes it known she’s only a phone call away if we need anything!! This is a Unique place, between the Neatness and Fascinating layout of the apartments. What truly makes this place Enjoyable is the Crew that works there. I have never felt so Welcomed with Respect and Joy.Their Admiration was genuine not only to me but among themselves. The Ladies that work at the office was Delightful and Refreshing. The Maintenance Gentleman was Polite and Informative. I am very Satisfied with Summer Greens Apartments in Longview, and that they take the time to hire such Remarkable Employees.
