I am one of the residents at this property . We were in the pool on Sunday, August 15 with some guest from the hours of 6- 8. Brandy approached us with a rude attitude at approximately eight or 8:30 PM on the 15th of Augusts asking who lives here. And she also told us to get out with a rude attitude. She also stated she was the emergency contact for the property, after she informed us that she received noise complaints . We have been to the pool several times we have never received a complaint. We have also received word from the property manager that’s here Monday through Friday that we can

(Update: I posted a review revealing these problems on their fb page and they have since taken my review down and no longer give you the option to leave one.)
If you are thinking of moving here. Don't. My husband and I have lived here two years and the fridge they gave me had the ice maker break 2-3 times and leaked in my fridge and ruined my groceries till finally we demanded a new one. When they brought the new one in they tore up part of the carpet and didn't fix it so there was a nail sticking out. The AC has stopped working 3 different times and once was a very hot summer night

The property manager is rude. The maintenance team is also rude . The property is rundown has not been upgraded and nothing is ever fixed. The tub peels, because of the type of water system they have there may be warm water and there may not be the roof leaks the ac/heating units are outdated Moved from recent apartment due to roof leakage and I'm pretty sure there was mold went to dr on several times for a rash

Management and maintenance are super friendly here at City Pines. They welcome you with open arms and speak to you as they should. They keep their grounds super clean and very well maintained. Stays pretty quiet also. Would definitely recommend living here if your looking for something quiet and peaceful!!

Need a cheap place fast? Perfect. Want an apartment that’s been well maintained? Don’t move here. Very old AC that hardly works. Fridge was replaced with additional damage to apartment and food not placed back in fridge therefore ruined(food was also taken and they didn’t clean their mess and left dirty paper towels on my counter). They paint over all damages. Door frames rotting. Patio door frame was falling apart. Would NOT recommend.
