I owned and self-managed two 6-units complexes in the Alamitos Beach area of Long Beach for almost 20 years until I hired We Manage and once I made that decision, my life became so much easier.
I have never had such great attention to my units, my tenants, or my concerns as I have with them. Reports were generated in a timely manner, tenant issues were dealt with quickly and repairs were made with great vendors and always with my pocketbook in mind.
They also helped me get my rents up to market value (very useful when I sold the units in 2019 and 2021) and worked well with the commercial realtor

Unorganized and unapologetic!!

I scheduled an appointment with Sade to see a house my family was interested in leasing. The morning of our appointment she sent a text canceling because the house was already leased. All communication comes from an automated text so there's no way to contact them on the weekends (when we were scheduled to meet). When the office finally opened the following Tuesday, I asked why she would schedule an appointment knowing the applications were already turned in and she told me it was my fault for not asking!! Sade knew we had great interest in this house but

We Manage is an excellent management company. I was a tenant for 18 months with them and they were a pleasure to rent with. They took care of any maintenance issue immediately. They have a full team of workers that were very friendly and attentive to any wants or desires. It was also a relief when I got my security deposit back. They were more than fair with my deposit return. I noticed they were very cost effective and didn't just blow the money. Highly recommend to use as a rental management option.

Im reviewing from a new perspective. My experience with We Manage, Long Beach while hasn't been for long, the rental agent Im working with has not only been responsive but has offered me options of upcoming rentals I could not necessarily access online as of yet Its a question I always ask an agent "Do you have something coming up" usually if not always the answer is a cool crisp-NO. Which kind of no feels like a goodbye

I was a tenet of a property that We Manage was managing. I was in the unit for a year (moved for other reasons that had nothing to do with WeManage) in my year with we manage was GREAT. Whenever I had a work order put in through the tenant portal it was promptly handled the next business day. I have nothing but high praises for Jeff Joyce. He was always professional and caring (if only everyone in the world could be Jeff) I was having issues with a difficult tenet above me and he would go far and beyond to deal with the issues at hand. Texted with Sade who is slow to respond. When she said she was showing the property tomorrow, I texted her the next day and she flip flopped saying it was not available to show until next week. I drove 6 hours to Long Beach to look at properties and she canceled on me the day I got there. And she never responded to my last 2 texts. Very unprofessional.

I live at a property that was just acquired by We Manage Inc for 6 years that was privately managed before. Submitted a work order back in Feb 2020 in the tenant portal to report the electric water heater in the unit that I live in. The water heater is 28 years old and just now started to have issues with lack of hot water. It is now May 2020 and the maintenance request has not been followed up on, received a call from maintenance, schedule or assigned to their maintenance team or plumbing vendor. This is my second year with We Manage and I love them. From the beginning, they were very accommodating. When I came to see the condo, I wasn't fond of ther wall color and blinds. They replaced the paint to my liking and installed curtain rods because I wanted curtains on my windows. I've had 3 plumbing issues and they were all fixed promptly. They're always on top of everything. Very professional. Couldn't be any happier.

We Manage is great! I'm about to move from the apartment I've lived in for many years. In that time, I've been completely satisfied with their response to any issues that have come up. The staff has always been professional and courteous with me. They communicate proactively when work is needed that may have an impact to the residents and do their best to minimize those impacts. Their website is very professional and the resident portal for payments and maintenance requests is very user friendly. This is a top notch property management company for both residents and owners

We have dealt with two property managers from this company. My wife just moved here from Colombia and was so excited to be living in the SoCal area. However, dealing with companies like We manage breaks her spirit, after applying twice and paying the application fee, they told us we are good to go and sign the papers on 3rd of the month which is today. I just heard that they rejected us due to past renter's issues. I told them that i have a squeaky clean record, never been late on my rent in all my entire rental history. I don't know how they choose they renters but this was a truly disappointing

I've been living in an apartment managed by this company for almost a year and it has been a fantastic experience so far.

Every time I've had an issue they've fixed it extremely quickly and without additional costs. Robin has been especially great with follow up.

We Manage (or as I refer to this business as "We CANT Manage") truly took advantage of deducting from my security deposit *sigh*

I'm a fair Yelper and I only speak truths about my experiences (just check out my other reviews). I honestly thought I was going to give this business a 4 star review up until today (3/31/2017) when I received my security deposit check. I had a few hiccups while living in the apartment since November 2015, however the overall experience was not horrible. In retrospect my biggest issue has been with the maintenance manager, Robin.
