Since 1981, Action Management has provided full-service real estate property management solutions throughout Southern California. Based in Long Beach, we have quickly adapted to the constant evolution of the rental market over the past three decades. Depending on the size and complexity of your property, we have the ability to adjust and tailor our services to fit your needs.
In order to keep our clients' properties clean, safe, and attractive, Action Management provides recurring property inspections and reports to our clients via mail and/or email. Depending on your needs, we provide additional services tailored specifically to your property. After understanding your goals and objectives, we create a targeted plan for your specific property.
Prospective residents want to know what kind of service they can expect when they rent or lease from Action Management. We pride ourselves on the service we provide to our residents, and are committed to making their home one you would want to return to day after day. Note that requests are reviewed Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., except for holidays.

Living next door was good. Having things taken care of in a timely manner was also good. Trying to get back my deposit from roommates was very POOR, on their behalf as well since I never get a response regardless of how I contacted them. Goodluck since they leave everything to be dealt with by roommates. Rating could be better if deposit issue was resolved positively but doubtful since I'm not getting the same response to the situation from either management or roommates. We will see what happens with situation. UPDATE: Still no change as of February 2022 so it's funny that you say you will help

Action Management has managed my property for approximately 13 years. I have always received professional, prompt service. Rosa has diligently attended to the condition of my property while taking care of tenants' needs. After a water line burst, she made sure the situation was under control as soon as possible, had water service restored to the tenants as soon as possible, and coordinated the repair work. My experience with Action Management has been excellent.

Lucille is so amazing!!
My husband and I had were looking for a studio and reached out to multiple management companies and Lucille was literally the only one who actually responded to my emails. I did not have to chase her down to get information. She called me and was so sweet, I was able to view the unit the following day. It is very stressful looking for a new place and she definitely made it very inviting for us.

If you are looking for a good responsible and professional help I recommend action management. Lucille was AMAZING. She was so amazing greeted is with a huge smile and was extremely friendly and helpful the whole time. She had no problem answering any of our questions was very professional and was truly really helpful. This company probably wouldn't be the same without her help! I had a really amazing time looking at apartments today with my boyfriend and she made it so much fun with lots of laughs thank you so much we had an experience of a life time. :) ❤
