We had a need and couldn't find anyone that specialized in the unique needs of managing a vacation rental property. We found an opportunity to become the solution and Venture Yours was born. It all started in 2009 when two lovebirds embarked on a year long honeymoon traveling the world. On their arrival home they bought and lived on a sailboat for over a year.

We've found that some homeowners really enjoy being part of the guest relations process and want to be involved while the guest is on their property. Venture Yours makes renting out your property so easy! My girlfriend and I travel a lot for work, so listing our place out on Airbnb was a good idea so some side income and not letting it sit completely vacant.
After some initial discussion, Casey from Venture Yours was assigned our point person, and been he's awesome throughout the entire process! We chose the complete management option and everything has been very hands off. Once everything was signed and insured, and after we picked a start date, they came to do a photoshoot for our listing.

My first experience with Venture yours was at a breathtaking Airbnb in lake Arrowhead. My girlfriend and I where looking for a quiet weekend getaway. We live near Long Beach So Lake Arrowhead was a perfect choice. Upon arrival it was evident that who ever manages this Airbnb cares alot about their guest. The place was cozzy and extremely charming. I was able to figure out everything I needed there from the Welcome letter provided for me. I even had a quick response from the property manager when I asked for food recommendations in the area. It appears that Venture Yours manages a few properties

The charming condo in Savannah, GA is located in the heart of town. Nicely decorated, large condo and the sleeping area is separate from the kitchen and living room. It's also in the historic part of town where we walked to Chippewa park, great local restaurants, cool cemetery, and great public transportation.
