MIchael Parham (of Mike Dunfee Group) and his team came on board to manage our 30 units after our having a really bad relationship with our former management company and self-managing for a couple years. There is a "new sheriff in town" now who is handling three problem tenants and a maintenance team that promptly handles the day to day and long term issues.

His recommendations to help us get our place ready for sale resulted in multiple offers over list and we sold the place in just 48 hours. With five OVER list offers on the table Mike and his team helped us navigate the pros and cons of each offer to select the one that was best for our situation.
