Joe was our home inspector for our first home purchase. I went into the inspection expecting it to be an overwhelming process, but Joe quickly made me feel otherwise! I expected to be spoken to as if I didn't know much, considering this was my first home and I have no construction experience. However, Joe was EXTREMELY compassionate and patient.
He allowed me and my fiance to walk through the inspection with him, and while he worked, he explained everything he was doing and what his concerns were about the house. He was so informative, our inspection took longer than planned and he never complained
