We used Robert White to inspect a home for us in Fort Collins. I feel that Robert went above and beyond to provide us with a detailed report of the entire home. This report was 53 pages long, and included pictures with arrows pointing to the damage, as well as explanations for each issue.
After the inspection Robert and I spoke on the phone and he gave me his honest thoughts on his findings, and took time to explain everything in detail. We are buying a home that we have not seen in person, so it was a huge relief to have Robert run through the home first.

Robert is nit-picky, and that's exactly what you want in a home inspector! My husband and I had him inspect our new home (no one had lived in it), and he pointed out things that I didn't even think were things that needed to be pointed out!! Professional, courteous, funny, and an all around good guy, Robert is the inspector you want! We will be using him in the future for home energy audits and any other service he has to offer!

I called ABR Inspections to have a home energy audit to see how we could save on our energy bills. Robert arrived on time and was courteous as he wore shoe covers in our home. He also explained what he was seeing with the infrared device. I walked around with him and saw where we were wasting energy. He was very thorough and explained how to fix the problem. He was knowledgeable and I would definitely utilize him again. When we buy our next house, I'm going to call ABR Inspections since they do home inspections as well. Thanks for doing a great job for us! Highly recommended!

As a real estate broker, Robert does all of my inspections for my clients. I have tried others, but will only use him from now on. He is on time, priced fairly and above all he is friendly with my future homeowners.
