Had an emergency on Christmas Day and the Property Manager, Irene personally called me to ensure me that maintenance is on their way. Benjamin arrived and took care of my emergency maintenance. I am beyond grateful with the Manager and Maintenance who took time out on Christmas Day with their family to help me and take care of my problem! Highly recommend Falls at Clearlake!

I moved to the Falls at Clear Lake in May and I have loved living here. I am hoping to move into a two bedroom pretty soon. Anytime there has been an issue, they have worked promptly to address it and made sure it was taken care of in a timely manner. The ladies in the office are super kind and willing to go the extra mile for their tenants and it shows. They truly care about their residents and making sure that the Falls at Clear Lake is a great place to call home. I hope to call it home for quite some time!

I've lived here since 2016, i went from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom and Irene & Deisy made the move easy, i even got my deposit back as promised(that was a first). The property is quiet & well kept. The ladies in the office worked with me when I was laid off from my job & then the pandemic struck, they really took that stress away. Anytime i have a service issue there is always someone here within hours or early the next morning. This is the longest I've ever stayed in one place & I plan on staying until I buy a house. Thanks to the office staff for making my stay a pleasant one! I love it here

Irene the manager and the Ladies in the office at the Falls Clear Lake were very helpful with my move. They made sure I had everything I needed and I couldn't be happier with my new apartment.. I've lived here 4yrs and changed apartments. I love the community here and look forward to living here for the near future. I highly recommend this location.

So I stopped to check this apartments and they are AMAZING!! The office ladies were so nice and made feel comfortable, they were so informative and answered every question that I had … besides that they have close restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores etc.. Thank you ladies! Nancy was very helpful. I will definitely be renting here soon…

I visited these apartments and the location is great, close to the beach and the outlets. There are several nice restaurants and movie theaters in the area as well. The apartments are clean and very spacious. I love that the bedrooms are upstairs as well. I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone looking in this area.

I would like to say I am happy and thrilled about moving to our new apartment in a few weeks! Thanks to the staff: Irene and Nancy, they both helped us with any questions we had and gave us all information needed before moving in! :) definitely recommend them both!! and also the young lady in the front. also the application process went smoothly and got contacted that very fast! I am looking forward to our new home and being a part of falls area clear lake !!
