This is the worse place u can live on (do not move here at all) , I think they got the maintenance staff from the malls parking lot (not professional and never do anything) this place is infested in Roaches, spiders , mices, rats etc..
The administration is never at the office and when they are they don't do anything. If u walk thru the property u probably will need to trash your shoes with all the dirty water who comes from the sewer system and spreads all around . Lots of bad people around waiting to steal everything they can so u can't be in peace even going to work because they rent to everyone

Just wanted to say the Vibes at Clearlake have changed, I lived here one year ago and I must I like the way things are running around here now, my son lives here and the property and the apartments are very nice inside and outside, I also enjoyed meeting the new property team, Ms. Denise and Ms. Nancy, who were very welcoming.

Everyone would leave a zero star review if they could because this place is a complete joke when we first moved in we immediately noticed there weren't any knobs for the cabinets, and they literally painted over some spilled rice in the cabinet I kid you not also water stains by ac units that although immediately addressed upon entering the apartments, were asked to pay for at the end of the lease, also both pet deposits were stolen and when confronted about they said they lost it sorry won't give it unless we have the receipt from the deposit. To whom it may concern,
My name is Melissa Reeves. On May 20, 2019 I moved into apartment number 179 at The Vibe At Clear Lake. We prorated for the end of May and started our year long lease on June 1, 2019 and signed a lease for apartment 179. We never received a mailbox key. When we moved in, the fresh paint had simply been sprayed over cobwebs. There were literal white spiderwebs everywhere. I took photos and sent them to the office.
In our first month, our second bedroom flooded twice. They said it was a fluke and that they would fix. In the next few months

Although this place has really good apartments, they do need to work on fixing there exteriors asap. There concrete walkways are crumbling and breaking they need to fix them for there residents. As well they need to be more strict with pet owners cause the smell is unbearable at most times, and with children running around at times might not be healthy for them to be around. They also need to have parents be aware of what children do, many throw heavy little rocks and debrees at each other or towards the pool or walkways it might be hazardous to other residents.

I will be moving in this weekend and can't wait! My experience so far has been amazing with both office and maintenance staff. While I was walking my new home today, I asked the maintenance guy (I think his name was Agustin) to make sure the AC is working correctly because I my son has bad allergies, with no hesitation he went right to it!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I lived here for 9 months and could not finish up my 12 month lease due to how disgusting the apartment was, the managers at the front office, and the people who lived there. They are infested with roaches and rats, no matter how many holes and how many times we bug bombed the place it never got rid of them. The… water coming from the sinks smells like sewage. My ceiling leaked water the entire time I lived there and no one came to fix it. This is not a healthy place to live at!! I would hear people walking by my apartment about having gun charges/murder

I lived a year and a half and I had a horrible experience, infested with cockroaches, the maintenance staff is not professional, the heater the house was not working for more than 15 days and in the end it was… never fixed, the apartment was untouched by sewage and I had to move my family to another place because I have a newborn baby and in those bad apartment conditions and the conditions that were created for health I could not have my baby in that place. As I planned to stay before those things happened I did not notify that I was going to go and now the manager sent me to collections

If I could I would give it no stars...Don't trust the ladies in the office they are scadalous and dishonest. Also the front office lady didn't give us are parking stickers when we moved in also we were going to park in visitors parking spot but there is only 7 spots and we had no where to park but on regular parking spots so both of are cars got tow and we had missed work and had to pay $300 for the first night. We have a 3 bedroom and when we move in they gave us one a small a/c window unit and it hot in are rooms. Warning don't move here its not worth your money are your time!!!

These 5 star reviews are fake af. I've been here for almost 4 years, and have had roaches, mice, bed bugs, pretty much anything that you can get living in an apartment. At its peak, I literally caught 20 mice in one day. I had to buy my own traps because all the "exterminator" would give us is two glue pads a month. Most of the people who live here don't care, and neither does the management. There's trash EVERYWHERE! Don't drive anything nice, your vehicle WILL get keyed and dented. Be careful when walking around here, everyone here speeds through the parking lot. The AC sucks air from the attic
