These apartments should have 0 control over the temperature In our units! These people have YET to cut on the heating unit and it’s 38 degrees outside! We’re literally freezing! They’re more worried about getting your car towed than keeping their residents warm. Whoever the owner is needs a FAT lawsuit!!!

Run as fast as you can! And run as far as you can! This place is horrible! That includes the management to not bein able to park in a spot. I have had my vehicle stolen from this complex then my other vehicle was towed after I had already been registered into the system.. I have been charged multiple times for a pet deposit and when trying to dispute I was told that “the management had changed over so they where not able to access the file so I either had to pay over or be evicted. Back to the parking , don’t leave after 5 pm or your spot will be gone and you will be forced to park across the

Avoid this place like the plague. Between the roaches the rats the no heat and the no hot water this place should be condemned. Managers are rude and have no customer service skills. If there's any maintenance issue it's always a fight to get anybody out to fix anything. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all cost. The owners have refused to turn on heat even though the temperatures has been down in the 40s.

I lived here for so long, thank god we moved out. They never respected us, and never fixed anything only because my mother was living there since 1999. Yeah 1999!!!! They would "fix the issue" by covering it up and when they would supposed to change management and everything was supposed to be better and fix it didn't. It got WORSE. I finally turned 18 and told my mother we needed to move out. If you are looking for apartments, save your money and go somewhere else. I used to respect solanos but, after the way they mistreated my mother. NO THANK YOU.

So tell me why everytime i give them a good review they come along and i half to give them a bad one behind that. So let me advise you! That anyone that want to move here to not due so, because its alot of racist things that happens here such as your car getting towed for no reason not once but twice "want go into details". Tenants are always fighting over parking spots and the police stay over here because they have no security so people steal all the time and break in vechicle. When its all said and done your left to get your vechicle fix and pay this high rent. Find somewhere else

Property is meh. Parking lots are horrendous, too many pots holes. Staff are not that knowledgeable, they don't seem to remember anything or keep up on what is done or told. A/C gets turned off to allow heat, this is for the whole complex It takes numerous complaints for them to switch it over to either or (a/c or heat). Do some research, the headaches are not worth the convenience of bills being included. Don't recommend.

Renovation was beautiful for how cheap it looked before. But they rushed it and everything literally falls apart or is half put on. Annoying that they close out work orders without completing them, never responding. Apartment flooded twice since I moved in, through a neighbors toilet, they refused to make any renovations to fix the damage or even severance for the fact that a neighbors nasty toilet is the reason my apartment was flooded and I didn't know until I got home from work but I had to file A CLAIM THRU MY INSURANCE. They control the AC, pretty sketchy area. But if you can take

Upgraded apartments. All inclusive all bills paid. All new appliances. I like the texture of the walls. Carpet is brand new. Cabinets are clean and new. Online system is super easy to use to report maintenance like burned out light bulbs, parking violations, etc. Very modern interior. Plenty of tropical trees palm trees etc. I love this place and with a great location near so many attractions and shopping opportunities. I wouldn't want to be anywhere else.
