Every apartment is cleaned, painted and has the carpet cleaned or replaced prior to move-in. The Property Manager also inspects each unit before it is deemed ready. Maintenance issues are handled in the order in which they are received with any emergency maintenance needs taking precedence. You may contact the office during regular office hours or standby maintenance if it's after hours.

I would not recommend to anyone to live here. My girlfriend and I finally were able to leave our lease after months of talking to them about what we have to do. Just to run into problem after problem after we’ve paid multiple times for multiple things. We get told we have to pay this next. Very difficult with leaving your lease early or just leaving in general. The manager was extremely rude to my girlfriend regarding another apartment in which she called my girlfriend and argued with her over the fact that we have a grill. When in fact we knew the rules of no grills. Our sink had clogged up

Great place to live in terms of location and housing. The apartments are nice & the scenery is beautiful. The location is almost perfect & the complex itself overall, I would describe as above average. The biggest downfall is the office staff. They hire anybody & it really should be a skill qualified job. They are less than professional & do not have reasonable people skills. As long as you will never have to contact the office for anything you will get a great experience! 😁 Edit: I have been living here for 1 year and 3 months.

My boyfriend and I have been living here for 5 months and love it! Very nice and clean area. We love how big the complex is so we can walk our dog around. The staff (in particular Wanda) has been VERY helpful and helped us move in with ease. It’s never super loud and a lot of people are friendly. It’s a very safe area and very reasonably priced for the apartment we have. Definitely recommend this place!!

Lived here twice. Once in a 2 bedroom and now in a 1 bedroom end. I used to really like this place. It's better than some of the other apartment complexes but the more expensive it gets, the less it's worth the cost. Living in an end apartment is freezing because of the lack of insulation. It's not close to anything in town and they lied about the square footage. They stated 950, then 900 but looking online it looks like the biggest it could be is 850. At this point, it only costs a little more to live in one of the brand new, huge apartment complexes being built closer to everything. Plus they

I wasn't planning on doing a review til I moved back to Michigan, realized how much $$$ and how awful some other apartment complexes are! Then I realized how nice I had it at Autumn Lakes. My apartment was spacious, I had a full size washer and dryer, a wonderful dishwasher, decent maintenance, wonderful office staff, and a pool. The only drawback was not being allowed to rent month to month after my year lease was up (at the same rate). I had to sign another year lease even though I knew I would be moving at some point and had to pay a months rent even w a months notice to move. But everything

It's the most beautiful property in the region for an affordable price. We've never had a complaint. Any time we need maintenance work, the workers come very quickly and help right away. They are always kind and helpful and knowledgeable. Everything is taken care of in rent except for electricity. We feel so safe here, and we're close to the bypass for traveling. The staff in the office are always attentive and kind. The pool is lovely and its upkeep is great. The only thing that would make this place better is a fitness center!

My husband and I lived here for a year and it was great! The staff and maintenance were wonderful. The apartment was clean and spacious with full sized washer and dryer. I really liked the closed entrances and they were cleaned regularly. Our neighbors were mostly quiet and the neighborhood was nice. The grounds were well taken care of. Sidewalks all around the property. Meijer is close by.

Lived here 3 years and had a wonderful experience. Well-run office, grounds, and maintenance teams. Beautiful, solid-feeling units. Very quiet, tucked-away feeling.
