In the past I've heard good things about this place, currently I am visiting a long time friend for a couple hours. During our walk around the neighborhood we got cussed out by a group of teenagers asking me to buy them a vape because I ignored them. Also after hearing how much my long time BFF pays for rent it was extremely disappointing to see that still half way into summer neither of their pools are in order. This place needs to get their priorities straight I wouldn't recommend it to anyone

The property is all around pretty safe and quite. Almost never hear any commotion. Be sure to lock your car we people like to go through them looking for valuables. Inside pool has been broken for atleast a year if I remember correctly. Overall kinda expensive for what you get, old buildings with boiler heat. Since I'm ground floor next to the boiler room, it's overflowed and soaked my carpet countless times. Best argument for price is location.

I noticed a handful of issues when I moved in - a cracked window, loud ticking noise from the heating pipes in the apartment upstairs, peeling paint and a broken streetlight outside, and a few others. I submitted these requests and got no response for weeks. When I called, I heard all about staffing and scheduling issues, but nothing was done for about 2 months. Then my dishwasher broke. I called and came to the leasing office almost daily, and it was finally replaced after about 4 weeks.

We realized too late that the company does not care for its tenants and chooses to place them at blame instead of taking fault. Our furnace began malfunctioning about a month ago and it just now got "fixed" today after numerous communications. The maintenance people are always friendly but it seems that maybe the higher up doesn't allow them to seek the help they need with maintenance matters. Shauna (head of the property) and Jeanie (regional manager) blamed our water heater freezing our fault instead of realizing we haven't been staying there because we don't have heat

Apartment heat and hot water were out during the middle of winter. The heat specifically, has been out for weeks. Despite continually contacting the head of the apartment (Shauna), there has been no effort to fix it. As I write this, the heat is still not fixed and the manager of the apartment has blamed us for the heat not working. Their solution to the furnace not working was to place in a spacer heater in the furnace closet - seemingly unaware that this is a fire hazard. I hope this nightmarish experience never happens to another tenant here and I wholeheartedly advice you NOT to move in here

Lived here for two years, apartment itself was okay, although very overpriced. Nearly 3/4 of the gym equipment doesn’t work properly. That being said, their management here is the WORST I’ve ever worked with. They are rude, condescending and impossible to get ahold of. After moving out I’ve had some mail and packages mistakenly delivered there and cannot get into contact with anyone. They don’t answer their phones or respond to my emails. There are so many better apartment complexes in the area who’s office management isn’t downright rude to woman. They also attempted to charge me

-1 star we couldn’t see the apartment until the day we were supposed to move and as they are showing us the apartment their are still working on it I have no door on my master bathroom All the tile and trim was tore up in every room the fans in both bathrooms were hanging almost off none of the drawers were set right there was a hole in the wall and they said they were going to fix everything that day which they fix some of it but day two I still don’t have a bathroom door and as I was moving in I saw a cockroach so I’m moving my stuff right back out I refuse to pay $1000 a month to live

Qualifications are not accurate for the apartment. They said someone would need to make 5,000 a month to qualify. The credit score is not even a factor in our case. For my mother, Michelle Lee. She was denied last week. I have a wonderful home & landlord. I’ve never heard anything like the complaint my mom had when applying for this apartment.

I lived there for over 7 yrs & requested my apartment be repainted the painters showed up a stole all my jewelry out of my jewelry box when I let management know they didn’t believe me until the detective confirmed that it was one of their painters who pond my jewelry I never got an apology or anything they never even addressed the situation.

Dishonest about qualifying for an apartment - they only look at one thing, the credit score, not rental history, job history, or anything else. A single number does not judge a person accurately and they lied that they consider other factors. I know for a fact that they did not do an employment check at all. They also did not bother to call me directly, I had to chase them down to get the answer. If you consider living here, realize you are only a credit number, not a human.

I am a future resident and I am super excited with the apartment I have. I also love the amenities that come with being a resident there and that I have a carport. Tina (Leasing Specialist) has been such a wonderful help and very patient with the move in process. By far the best customer service experience I have had with leasing.
