I've lived here 2 months now. Wanted to wait before I wrote a review. John, the Manager, is amazing. He had my items on my move in list handled immediately and even went above and beyond my expectations. My building is kept clean and so is the property. Folks, sometimes you just have to experience things for yourself. I read reviews for pretty much everything purchase. I read these reviews and still called and moved in. My experience with the office staff sold me and they haven't let me down. Love my apartment, location is AWESOME. Next to Anything you could possibly want. Check it out for yourself

Ceiling has leaked twice destroyed personal property. Nothing done. Dish washer hasnt worked since the day I moved in 2 years ago. Nothing done. The manager will lie to your face about things then deny it. Never heard of an apartment complex sending orders to vacate over late water bills which I never receive. Good luck ever using laundry facilities as people will leave there clothes in there for days but again not there problem

Well where do I start maintenance or whoever's does not know what there doing. First off the put silicone on the floor boards that do not stay. They tow your vehicle without even a notice. Trust me everything might seem nice until you move in then everything falls apart. Idk how a place can even pass a health inspection. Then they Love lying to your face. Please to whoever rents, be cautious.

I have lived here for quite some time. The management and owners changed hands a few times in my tenure. The current management and maintenance staff is the best it's been. They have made a ton of improvements. It is a good well priced community for the area. If you are looking to be pampered look to Granger and pay an extra $1000 per month in rent. But if you are looking for a well maintained fairly quiet apartment at a fair price consider this location. Choose your living arrangement based on what you need. For my needs it is a great experience. Not sure what other people expect, but I have had

DO NOT APPLY TO THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX. I applied then found out there was not an apartment available. After the $20 fee to apply I was then charged $100 for the processing of my application and not accepting an apartment that was not available. Having to pay 2 fees for 1 process seems extreme. It makes me wonder what the fees are after you move in for something routine.

A resident of Regency Apartments for two years. Office personnel seems to change quite often and is extremely unorganized. In my specific situation, my lease was up at the end April and due to graduation I would need a lease break during the month of June. John at the office was aware of this and explained they could only do a lease break for July 1st which was workable. Office personnel ensured my family and I that they would contact us when they finished creating the lease so that we could sign. A week goes by and we still fail to receive a call. Then after a trip to the office was made, we are
