The worst living experience in my life. I wish I could have left 0 stars. Management is rude and isn’t helpful. My friend who is stuck still living there is dealing with a mice infestation that they are trying to blame on her and are dragging their feet to resolve the issue. She also had a hole in her roof that they caused and tried to make her wait to get it fixed. I had also found a mouse in my apartment so it isn’t just her. They tried charging me for a broken light fixture in the kitchen that was broken upon arrival that I made them aware of and they just never bothered fixing. Please do

Honestly one of the best places to live at in my opinion. I haven't had any problems there at all in my 1 year of living here. The management are all amazing as well as the maintenance workers! I would recommend living here to anyone that wants a calm and peaceful neighborhood. The gym and pool are perfect and always well maintained.

I moved in at the beginning of July 2020. I absolutely LOVE my apartment!!! Spacious and homey and my dogs absolutely love running the stairs. Maintenance staff are very friendly and reliable, the office staff are so sweet and a plus, I have really nice neighbors. I know I made the right choice moving to River Pointe.

Avoid this place at all cost, most unprofessional staff ever. Especially Kelly in the office she isn't smart enough to articulate anything but to be snobbish and think she is better than everyone else. I too was hit with unnecessary bills after moving out. This place has gone downhill fast. Oh and dont expect things to get fixed for weeks or months.

These people LIE like dogs on a rug in court. If you have an apartment right now and you have a dog/cat whatever...they WILL charge you to replace the carpet whether you clean it or not. They are slumlords and do not care about the grounds or the units. They let me move into an apartment with holes in the bathroom door and the kitchen floor and NEVER made any attempt even after I turned in the "Move In" sheet. This place sucks. I am going to be their worst nightmare.

We have lived out in the RP community for over 5 years. We are beyond happy with everything. Here is one of the many examples I can share with you..
We called into the office with a maintenance issue, a ticket was put in with maintenance and it was addressed in a timely manor. The office staff Laura and Miya thank you so much for the concern you showed to me. Customer service starts with the office and you both exceeded my expectations. To your maintenance staff working non stop, I'm sure you are extremely busy this winter season. YOU are doing a fabulous job keeping sidewalks cleared and

I loved living here. Great apartment, great neighbors, and fairly clean grounds. HOWEVER, after I moved out I was hit with claims of damaging the carpet. They said my dog had urinated on 60-70% of the carpet. (Apparently I never noticed dog urine all over the place?) My dog is 4 years old and has been potty trained since he was a couple months old. Literally, this dog has a steel bladder and WILL NOT go anywhere but outside. They sent me pictures of said damaged carpet, and there were pictures of a DIFFERENT apartment. They told me those photos must have been a mistake but that carpet did have

We have lived in River Pointe for nearly a year. We shopped around before visiting River Pointe and were sold the minute we walked through the door. The apartments are HUGE! One closet is the size of another apartment complexes bedrooms. The kitchen and dining rooms are each bigger than most other apartments family rooms. We love the location, the quiet neighbors and the pool in the summer is quiet and immaculately maintained.
