This complex is amazing. The maintenance staff keeps on top of things without needing to be asked, and will go above and beyond (one of the crew moved a hugely heavy piece of furniture for me, which is definitely NOT in his job description!). Everyone is always friendly. The office staff is delightful, always cheerful, pleasant, and helpful. I absolutely can't say enough about how great this place is! I'm hoping to live here for the rest of my life - it's that good!

I'm scared of roaches, and I've never seen a single roach in my unit. That's why I give 5 stars
update 02-2021 after move-out
After me moving out, they contacted me actively to let me pay $200 for the carpet cleaning. I told them to subtract that from my $250 deposit. Then, I contacted them to ask for the $50 refund, and they never replied.
I will change my 5 star voting to 1 star until they give my $50 back.

We loved this place here we were very happy! The girls in the office are always very friendly, attentive smiles, everything is always very clean, the green areas, parks, public lighting, good people live in this place, it is very quiet, the maintenance staff is great, the most they always supported me in everything cordially, respectful, really fast here we spent very happy years, thanks williamsburg on the lake!

Wow... This place is TERRIBLE... They are trying to charge us for carpet they said they have to replace... This is AFTER we gave them our entire security deposit plus an early termination fee... We asked them for any evidence they had in regards to it, but they said they only had something that the carpet cleaners wrote... We told them if they send us actual proof then we would pay them right away... Then they said they would continue to look and send us what they had... Months go by and all of the sudden I get a letter in the mail saying that it had been sent to collections... We are disputing

I communicated with Sasha Green this week via email about touring a 1 bedroom apartment today. It turns out Karla then tells me that there are no 1 bedrooms to tour and then tells me that I can tour a 2 bedroom apartment instead. If I had wanted to tour a 2 bedroom I would have told them I was interested in a 2 bedroom apartment. Would have been nice to know before coming out here and commuting 25 minutes away!! I will not be choosing this apartment complex for my housing needs at all!

I am writing this review as a former Leasing Consultant in Ann Arbor and current resident. I would advise paying a little more to stay elsewhere. The communication from the office is horrible. When I moved in my washer and dryer wasn't there. When I called the office she said she thought they had been delivered (I guess they don't inspect their units prior to move in). Not a huge issue because I understand with COVID that there are delays but nobody communicated it with me. When I called the office I was told it would be there on a specific date. That day came and went and no phone call or anything

Very disappointed with the management at these apartments!!! My Dad passed away and my mom could no longer afford to pay rent with just her income. so we contacted management and they wouldn't let her break their lease. My mom is already dealing with a huge loss and now she has to worry about paying huge fees to move out onto of funeral costs. You would think people would understand a situation like this.
