The community here is nice. It’s a great location with easy access to main highways. It’s safe. The grounds and buildings are kept clean. Pricing is realistic and fair. Maintenance has never been a problem, quick turn around. Staff is friendly and wants to make living here enjoyable. Resident of 5+ years

My family and I enjoy living here, kid friendly and so much playgrounds around the neighborhood. The new management Peri and Liliana are awesome. The maintenance crew are on top of things Especially Dave, he get the job done on time and professionally. We are so excited for clubhouse and the pool this summer.

DO NOT MOVE INTO THE 12909 BUILDING. Major construction. Everyday you get to hear a wall being sledge hammered or feel the foundation jack hammered. Management could care less about the people that pay rents here. Be warned. I'm counting the days until my lease is up. Horrid management. In the summer time we get texts the lawn is going to be mowed, but nothing when they are doing a full demo of the pervious clubhouse. It's really a depressing place.

I’m going to go on record here and say do not believe all these recent 1-star reviews. I know for a fact they are coming from one person that has went out of their way to throw a tantrum. I personally have had an amazing overall experience at River Ridge. The buildings are immaculate, the office manager is awesome and is great at communicating everything to us, our dog is welcome with open arms. We are excited for the new clubhouse and hope that come summer the pool will be open and we can enjoy all that again (COVID put a halt to that last summer). River is great- come check it out for yourself

Nothing I don't like!! I've lived here for a year now. Great and professional management team, they work with you not against you to ensure your living experience here at River Ridge is exceptional. Any service repairs happen within an hour of requesting. Great community of renters as well!! Newly updated bldgs. My Apt was completely renovated with all new Hardwood flooring, kitchen cabinets and countertops.. !! A great place to call home!!

The leasing office and maintenance team strive to get things done in a timely manner. Everyone is kind and professional. Overall very satisfied with my experience on this property and I’m excited to see the new clubhouse that is being built. The property even put on a scavenger hunt for the tenants this summer which was a hit! I would recommend this property to anyone looking to rent.
