This place is horrible. They treat residents terribly. The office lady treats everyone like a low class citizen, is snooty, rude, and seems to leave and close the office whenever she feels like it and they have the laundry card machine in the office which is extremely inconvenient for when one has to load money on but cannot because the office is closed, Not everyone has the same work schedule and the office hours are inconvenient. The laundry machines are never clean and have ruined tons of my clothes including work uniforms due to the poor quality. And don’t expect your unit to be cleaned or

Lived here for a year, management very difficult to get ahold of, poor management, took 3 months after a request to get someone to get black mold out of the bathroom (maintenance only came over once and didn’t get rid of all of it), always something crazy happening here (multiple power outages, 2 instances of cops being called for violent people, aggressive dog of another resident biting people in the hallway and management doing nothing, etc.).

Groups of unruly/unsupervised, foul-mouthed kids are continually storming/stomping while running up and down the hallways. Traversing the property, literally screaming at the Top of their Lungs, definitely disturbing the peace. All Hours of the Day & Night!! Any attempt to address this obnoxious behavior is met with complete disrespect & all out retaliation! Lack of boundaries and no filter, appear to be "learned behavior" as the parents are non-existent, or act in a matter very similar to this. Parents take notice of your disruptive, misbehaving kids...

These apartments are priced fairly and the property is close to many different amenities in the Burnsville/Apple Valley area. The outdoor swimming pool is a relaxing place to end your day in the summer months. Neighbors are topnotch and there are many people that call this community "home"! Staff at The Pines of Burnsville makes living here a great experience -- always willing to help and full of positive energy!

I have lived at The Pines of Burnsville for almost 9 years.
I have been very pleased with the amenities, management, & the crew that keeps it running smoothly.
Anytime I have an issue (not very often) They take care of the issue right away.
They have not let me down yet.

Management is always on top of things! Very well priced for all the amenities and quality of the complexes. Our previous apartments weren't well maintained in the least in comparison to the Pines. The pool is very well kept, friendly staff, plenty of parking and garage spaces available. Keep up the great work!

I have been living here now for about 3 months now and I have not had any issues . My husband and I moved from Miami to this apartment and we had only seen it online and the whole process was done via phone and through their website . On move in date , everything went smoothly and we were shown the apartment . There were a couple of things my husband and I were concern about and all of our issues and concerns were resolved . That being said , all the staff are amazing and friendly , I have not experience any rudeness From anyone . The maintenance guys are always respectful , sweet , and helpful
