My rent increaded from 1,105 to 1,345 in one year. Others renters around told me their rent increased at most 75$. No one is ever in the office. ROACHES everywhere!!!

My husband and I moved in here in March and things were going good until November when roaches started coming out everywhere. This place is invested with roaches. We are not happy . I think are rent should be cheaper until this issue is taken care of. Every apartment should be sprayed down.

It is quite obvious that they hire people to write good reviews for them. There is no way a person in their right state of mind can give more than one star to this place. The entire place is infested with cockroaches, it has very rude staff and more importantly they take money out of renters in every way possible.

The best decision I have made was reading the reviews before signing the lease. I told one of them that I have a child with special needs that might yell and she compared him with dog barking. Also, they told me if residents complain it would be at least violation like seriously. I felt discriminated. I was told before applying the application that I would move in August 12, 2021 but then was told that the soonest move in is August 18, 2021. I called and said that I changed my mind about leasing their apartment and I would like my deposit back since the application fee is nonrefundable. They took

I wanted to note on the roach concern. prior to moving in I saw a lot of those reviews. I called to make sure it was something that is being handled and is acknowledged by the apartment, which it is. It should also be reminded that insect problems have a lot to do with the tenants not throwing their garbage down the shoot and leaving it in the room. Such a easy thing to do, which is done by the apartment. They are quick to respond to my emails and are taking the steps necessary to bring the apartment back to speed. Compared to how it was prior I would say that they are doing a wonderful job.

The staff was very kind and patient with me. This was my first time moving into an apartment and the staff was always available to answer and questions that I had. (Believe me, I had a lot) I recommend this place for its great location and the kind staff.

I highly suggest you move on if you are looking into this place. My biggest complaint is the bugs. We moved in and had minor complaints about things not being move in ready, until I got home from work the next day to finding roach after roach. When I contacted the office about it they tried to tell me we would have to wait 2 weeks because pest control was just at the building before we moved in. They skipped over doing a move in walk through with us and then when we asked for one I had to fight them tooth and nail for it and finally got one once I showed they all the DEAD roaches under or kitchen

This apartment complex is currently undergoing a major renovation. They are improving the common areas as well as building an all new clubhouse and pool. Here is a photo of the new painted exterior.
