I would just like to say what an Amazing Job the maintenance and staff do at this location. Anytime we've had an issue with anything in our home which is very rare, the maintenance team is extremely quick to respond. But, not only do they respond in such a short time, but they do an Outstanding Job! I've have spoke with other tenants, they totally feel the same.

These townhomes are the nicest I've ever seen in my life. They are 3 stories. When you come through the front door, you have a bathroom, kitchen and dining room and the living room. Downstairs is like a whole other house, there's a living room a bedroom and bathroom. Then upstairs are the bedrooms, a bathroom and laundry hookup. Our downstairs is haunted, whoever lives down there turns the lights on for me 👻👻🙈👽💀

I emailed this place last week asking about the active availability for their four-bedroom that they had on their website I wanted to come take a tour and get more information nobody ever called me back nobody ever emailed me back they said it would take 48 hours for me to hear something back never did but they didn't fail to send me a email asking me to take a survey on how my experience was poor customer service if this is how it goes and you won't email or talk to a potential renter I wonder how it goes when you're actually talking to your tenants.

I lived in Summit Townhomes since 2019, I had a positive experience living here. The maintenance Courtney is very professional, dedicated and polite. I had an issue with my stove, Courtney went above and beyond to fix the stove, and gave us reassurance, and was very professional in keeping us updated on how things were going until the issue was resolved. We can't thank him enough for making our experience living in Summit a positive one. Thank you Courtney for your hardwork and dedication.
