I use host-aid to manage my Airbnb home rental and they are great! They manage every aspect of the rental (listing, cleaning, pricing, messaging, trash, etc.) and are experts in knowing what renters want. I managed my own rental for a short period in the past and it was a lot more work than expected. Now that my home is a full-time airbnb rental there is no way i could keep up with managing it on my own. Their people are very fair and easy to work with, and their expertise in managing short term rentals is second to none!
