If I could give negative zeros I would. This place is a rip off dump. Everything breaks and doesn’t get fixed. My son had a broken stove that no one ever came to look at. You can never get in touch with management, voicemail is always full and no one ever answers and always out to lunch, never in the office. My son sold his lease and moved…and we are still being charged rent. They take advantage of the students with all the fees, and ridiculous parking fees etc. Stay clear of this place!

Unfortunately I'm going to have to agree that this place deserves less than one star. When we moved in, the place was filthy. It had not been cleaned at all when the previous tenants moved out. There was old food in the fridge, the stove top was disgusting and the counters looked like they hadn't been wiped for a while. The walls and doors were also filthy. They assured us that they would be sending out a cleaning crew to all the apartments but they never did. When you try to call to complain, nobody is ever in the office and the voice mailbox is full. They recently sent out instructions on how

I moved out 3 months ago and they are still charging me for rent. The management never knew whst to do when i was there. My payments were never posted to my acct. I had almost 2000 dollars worth of rent in their safe. The hot water heater constantly breaks and there is no AC in half the apts. Amd the ones that do have no air flow what so ever. All in all the worst place i have ever lived in and will never be going back there ever and i will make sure to tell evetyone about how aweful yall are

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would because we have had SO MANY problems with Alpine Flats. I would rather live in a box then this place. We haven't had internet for weeks at a time, where I had to use my own data so I could do my school work. We didn't have hot water for an excessive amount of time. Our maintenance requests almost NEVER gets completed or it takes months for them to do it. The parking is so horrible but yet we have to pay 400 dollars to have a "guarantee spot", when we have had to park on the road. I would steer really far away from this place and find a different apartment

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I do not recommend that anyone live here. The management is constantly changing and the poor property manager who is here currently was thrown in not knowing what she was getting herself into only a few weeks ago. We waited for 4+ hours to get our keys and check in and then another 4+ hours the next day to get parking permits. Over priced for what you get and the rooms are run down and falling apart. Bathroom door handles were falling off and ceilings were leaking water when the apartment above is showering. Nelson Partners isn't doing good when it

I am very unhappy with my experience at Alpine Flats. If possible, I would give a zero star rating. The apartment complex is very old, and the maintenance staff is understaffed and overworked. Maintenance requests are not a priority, even when made as an emergency level request. We had a leak in our bathroom ceiling from the bathroom above us and we made an emergency maintenance request. After a few days, when the problem got worse and we were not reached out to, we called the emergency number for alpine flats (because it was after hours) and not only did no one answer, I never got a response to

This place is not worth the money! Sure it's a great location, but the management has been terrible. The place is falling apart and there is never anyone there to do anything about it. I honestly blame Nelson Partners more than anything, the poor people in the office are doing their best and they are super nice and as helpful as they can be, but without good management it's impossible for them to be too helpful.

Do not live here!!!!! It has been the worst experience I have ever had. Management has no idea what they are doing and they do not follow any of their lease agreements. They also are charging me for summer months when I did not sign a lease for the summer. When I signed the lease I was suppose to be put in the Round house. They moved me to a different unit without my notice and failed to tell me. They were unhelpful when trying to sell my lease and it is impossible to get a hold of anyone. Maintenance is slow and does not respond to work orders. This place is so unorganized. It is a mistake to

Worst management I've ever seen. Don't live here. They don't respond to maintenance requests, they over charge for parking passes, they don't clean facilities (laundry room is disgusting, they don't plow, and they are awful to communicate with. When moving in, my fiancé's apartment was disgusting, despite management telling us it had been cleaned. (Imagine a tin full of hair and at least a year of dust on counters.) They also charge a full months rent for May, but require you to move out May 3. They waste money in empty promotions and crumbl cookies, when they should

Good for a first time apartment and if your are wanting to live in close quarters with people. Maintenance is slow to fix things and they don't always get fixed the right away. Wifi goes in and out and stays out at the most important times during the semester. People have been stealing packages. The apartment is not clean when you first move in and then there are random inspections. The laundry area is dirty and if you want to do laundry, they take $15 right away even if you only spend $3.50. The hot tub has been down all spring semester even though that is what their claim to fame is. They

Please people do not live here. From day one it has been terrible. The first night sleeping here we all got 30 or more bed bug bites. We dealt with bed bugs from August to January. The pipes burst one day, and of course none of management were here on time. We didn't have water for 3.5 days because of this pipe burst issue. The Internet is garbage and will go out 1-2 times a week at random. Some of the management people aren't bad, while others have lied to my face. The vp was very rude over the phone and acted like a little girl honestly. Was of no help at all, rather he told us that

Terrible management. All they did was lie to us about when the aggie factory would be done, they made promises when they had no clue. Then, they gave us no other option but to livein the aggie flats.
The aggie flats is the worst place I have lived at my whole college career. Our apartment floods when there is rain. They did nothing to fix it. One time the whole complex ran out of water for about a day. We've ran out of hot water in the whole complex before. As I type this right now, we have no cold water for some reason (try getting a drink, or taking a shower). They told us there would be
