From the apartment unit to the management probably the worse place you can live in the valley. Windows were sealed incorrectly so mold grows everywhere. When I brought it up with management they told me it was up to me to clean it and not them. Our fridge broke and took maintenance a week to just look at it and "Fix" it but it was just a temporary fix, breaks again and management said they would replace it and took them 3 weeks to do so, maintenance was lazy when it came to service requests. One instance they tried to charge me a late fee when I paid on time but then I check my account the payment

I liked living there for the most part. I had to move out a month early due to my job transfer. In the statement they sent me it says I have all these charges so I'm not receiving a refund for my deposit. I paid more then 300 for a deposit when I moved in it doesn't show it. I get charged 130 for cleaning and 95 for carpet cleaning. My apartment was Clean when I moved out I wish I would of left it messy now since I was was charged for it and not waste my time. when I call they don't answer so I email and I Didn't explain it well I suppose in the email but they don't answer

If I could give zero stars I would I’ve lived in this place for 2 1/2 years when we first went in they didn’t have the apartment ready so they hurried and put us in a different one that wasn’t clean and the carpet was torn up and soaked with dog Pee we didn’t have another choice because I didn’t have another place to live and I thought we were getting the place that we had previously rented my daughter stayed in the clubhouse after we signed the contract and the manager called the owner and told the owner how trashy we were as people. My son was out climbing a tree a couple months ago

Apartments have are sized well and have lots of storage. However, you can hear everything through the walls. I could hear neighbors like they were in my house when they talked. The windows are also sealed wrong so they are always damp and mold builds up in them. Managent changes so often its hard to say if anyone is good or not. I lived there for 3 years and could never keep up with who was in the office because of high turn over. Maintenance was usually quick to respond and could do lots of quick fixes but the complex didn't go for big things. Over the course of the 3 years my fridge would break

I show up on the date I was to move in and the unit was thrashed--it hadn't even been cleaned since the previous tenants. It took them a few days to fix things up and they didn't even provide me with a place to stay for those days.
Management was always very slow to respond; I'd sometimes have to contact them multiple times for a simple thing. They would always act like they were happy to help, but nothing ever got done. The manager changed at least twice while I was there, and the unit next door to us had two tenants who were evicted (within my eight month stay). The property management company

I recently moved into Deer Creek and have had a really positive experience. Lara in the office was so welcoming and helpful and worked quickly to get me into an apartment. The apartments are really nice and I am pleased they have a dog area for me to take my dog. I am looking forward to the pool opening and having a place to cool off this summer. I am really happy with my choice to rent here. I just wish they had a business center for tenants to use but I know that is hard to find at most places.

So I lived here March 7,2014-March 31,2015. When I moved in my roommates and I were excited, within the first couple months we found out a few things... One the pool and hot tub almost never open, two Penny is almost never in the office... But if you see her around outside she won't talk to you about business, three while dogs are supposed to be on leashes... they aren't, owners are also supposed to pick up after their pets but do they?... No. Next we wouldn't get our rent bill until almost the day of, which is really annoying because there is a really small window until the rent
