The purchase of a home is probably the largest single investment you will ever make. You should learn as much as you can about the condition of the property and the need for any major repairs before you buy, so you can minimize unpleasant surprises and difficulties afterwards. After the inspection, you will have a much clearer understanding of the property.

We had a home inspection this past weekend and I could not have been more pleased in the way Patrick went over everything inside and outside. He took great pictures and really explained everything in terms we could understand. We received his report just two days later and it was put together so well it will be a great tool for us to use. I would use him again without thinking twice.

Patrick was recommended by our realtor to do the pre purchase inspection of a condo we are buying. Patrick arrived on time and was very thorough. He found several issues, and most importantly a couple definite safety issues that need to be addressed by the seller. I can recommend Patrick very highly.
The written report he generated for us was outstanding and made all the issues very easy to understand. There was one issue he was unsure of, but after doing more research he called to tell us all was fine. I would not hesitate to use him again.
