Where do I even start?? If I could give Barrington Park more than 5 stars I would! They are just amazing in every single way. We are moving there next month and Jennifer has been the most helpful person ever and willing to answer literally any question I have big or small. Barrington Park has truly proven to care about their tenants and I cannot wait to move in.

We drove around touring different apartments today. Andrew was the most professional, most friendly person we met with today! He was able to answer all questions with a clear direct answers. We went to the wrong apartments (who knew their was a Barrington and Barrington Park, lol) and he was flexible. We didn't feel rushed to finish our tour or to make a decision. It was a no pressure meeting which was appreciated. He went out of his way to get his multiple quotes to show us all options and the exact prices. HIGHLY recommend at least touring these apartments. Just moved here few days ago, the approval and leasing process was so easy and that was done remotely. Got a new carpet and my family loves the place so far. Enough room for a small family. Parking is free and needs no hassle. Environment is quiet and just what we love and need. Worked with Jason and other staff members and they were so amazing. was so encouraging especially for someone from far away. Will recommend to any or everyone. Should be our home for a while and I think we should buy our next home from them👌🏿

Barrington Park is a very nice complex. When we first stated looking at apartments in this area we liked that there were so many styles of apartments to choose from, we also LOVED that we could have our German Shepherd as they are normally banned. The front office staff is very nice and usually gets back to us pretty quickly. Maintenance is incredible, the most I've ever wanted was 48 hours for someone to come to the apartment. More than enough parking and I'm close to the garbage disposal which is convenient. I'd also state that there is no pool or work out center which is totally fine, but it

We lived here when we first moved to VA in the summer of 2012 and lived there for a year. Would have stayed but the unit is a little small for our family. Needed a real townhome. With that said. We had one of bigger units 3 bedroom and no garage. Nice place with plenty of parking and nice ball court in the back. I liked how other tenant and ourselves would lap the complex walking or jogging. This place has lots of parking and it isn't a huge complex so always plenty of parking. The trash compactor is in the back and often I drive out front. At least them, this place was the only place that accepted

I was here for six months, HATED the very tight entryway, closet down there was a joke, air conditioning kept going out and freezing with ice, promised an awesome usable bookshelf like the one shown in the "show apt," not even close. Also it had carpeting but ours didn't come carpeted-VERY hard on a crawling baby's knees. The neighbor below complained about the noise and was told we had the most insulated apt of all, 36" between our floors! For the money they charge, NO WAY!

I have never taken the time to submit a review of any product or service I've used, but the staff here is so exceptional, they really deserved the good word spread! Staff is unbelievably accommodating. I've lived at multiple apartment complexes before and never have I had absolutely zero complaints about anything -- from customer care to the apartments themselves. Everything is great.
