This is not a safe place to park your vehicle. My window was smashed in and my brother who was visiting me here had his catalytic converter stolen. The staff is nonchalant about any issue that you experience while staying here. We had a water leak pouring through our ceiling and they didn’t come to help for 6 hours and after they stopped the water leak, I had to keep reminding them to come back to patch my ceiling for weeks before they actually did it. This is not a good place to live if you value the safety of your vehicles and responsive staff.

My husband and I lived at TGM Sudley Crossing from 2017 - 2021. I loved living in this apartment complex. I would pass TGM Sudley on my way to work every morning and thought it looked like such a nice place to live, I knew I wanted to live there. Well, we moved in and it was so lovely we stayed way longer than we thought we would. The ladies that work in the office are lovely. I spoke with Patricia the most, and she always resolved any issues that I had.

Anytime someone would ask if I liked living there, I would always respond by saying: its quiet, and has excellent parking. We never had to

I moved in maybe a year and a half ago and I had thought I had gotten a very good price, considering I had to move out of my previous residence very fast. Unfortunately, I've found that the leasing office "team," while initially friendly, became increasingly intolerable. They do not answer their phones, they are not polite to you...not even the barest minimum. And my bar is set very low.
They DO have an agreement with a local towing company, where they DO tow your guest(s)'s car(s) away if they don't park in one of the, what, TEN visitors parking spaces? There used to be ample visitor's parking

They must have a deal with the predatory tow truck companies nearby because they’ve recently reduced the visitor parking spots (which are always full at night) even though there’s plenty of parking lot availability. Every night between 10pm and midnight tow trucks raid the parking lots so look elsewhere if you have friends or family that want to visit you.

Very bad experience and haven’t even moved in yet. We were told this apartment was upgraded. The washing machine is from the 1950s. The windows are spay painted over with paint. Water damage found under the sink. We told this to our leasing agent and nothing. We are stuck. Do not live here!!!! They are not truthful with you from day one.

The community itself is nice but during the Winter months they don't pretreat the sidewalks or the parking lot so it's always icy. They don't regularly change your air filter. I've lived here since 2018, they only change it once and that's because I've asked them to. The management office isn't very professional. Also don't believe the hype about their pool, they advertise it to be Olympic size but Olympic size pools are bigger than a 25 yd residential pool which it very much is. (False advertisement)

I lived at TGM Sudley Crossing for 2 years.

Pros : Literally the only pro to this complex is the location, the location is excellent you have access to 66 or 234 with no problems and there are plenty of places to do your shopping. Also the residents at TGM are pretty nice for the most part and the dog zone is nice of them to add at least

Cons : Almost everything about living here is bad, The moment you sign the lease you turn into a nuisance to them they don't care about anything you need or things that are broken our microwave was broken for 4 months before they came to fix it we ended

If the community don't have customers and who gonna hire people like him! so disappointed.

This complex is becoming extremely dangerous and unsafe. There have been multiple occasions of vandalism of things thrown through windows. And then just boarding up the window and taking WEEKS to fix it. There has been a man caught several times looking and peeping through peoples windows at night. and multiple police calls and management declined the use of a camera to help the police identify them. They had no resolution to the issue besides moving to second or third floor for a FEE of 300 dollars. Their protection and safety of tenants is not a priority. Multiple attempts to allow a camera even

I lived on this property for 6 years in several different buildings. Every year they raised the rent, they did work with me far as giving me a discount. But, they say the rent is raised every year to keep up with other rental properties in the area. My problem with that is if you raise the rent then make improvements inside the units such as.. better and newer washer and dryers, better windows because the windows are very drafty, you're having to deal with a very high electric bill especially in the winter. Better insulated attics so if you live on the 3rd floor you don't burn up from the summer

I renewed my lease on the first of this month and even after signing a 7 months renewal I was charged month to month rent amount, which is considerably more than the rent that I owe them.
I do understand that mistakes happen, but a managing company should know how to deal with this. After calling them multiple times and explaining my situation to multiple leasing office people I was told that the corporate will be sending a check for the difference in the amount soon.
It's almost the end of the month and close to Christmas time and I haven't received any check yet, when I called back

The pictures attached speak for themselves.

The leasing office is very unkind, difficult to work with and do not communicate with residents in a professional manor. From how they pick up the phone to dealing with people face to face, they consistently act like you are a waste of their time. They sent everyone a notice two days before Christmas saying that they cant hold packages and I am assuming most people had already left town at that point. A year into my lease they also suddenly required everyone to take down any porch lights because its "dangerous". They beg people to write positive

Serious bug problem here. All sorts of bugs. Spiders, centipedes, stink bugs.... Started seeing bugs on the first day I moved in. I had just got the keys, came in to a completely empty apartment, but I had a little visitor (centipede) on the wall. Ever since then, bugs EVERYWHERE, EVERYDAY. My walls are filled with bug guts. The office literally did NOTHING about it. Hate this place, can't wait to move!

Avoid renting here. I moved into the apartment in December and immediately noticed cockroaches in a second floor apartment. After hunting cockroaches for weeks and not being able to use the kitchen for the first month, I was finally able to get out of my newly signed lease. This was of course after I paid penalties and lost my security deposit and application fees, even though I couldn't use my apartment as a real living space. I tried calling their regional offices more than 10 times within a week and never got one returned phone call from them. Eventually I took ziploc bags full of cockroaches

DO NOT MOVE TO THIS PLACE!!! I've been living here for almost 4 months and I cannot wait to get out of here. The model apartment looks nothing like the real ones (Hence why they have a model apartment). The floors squeaky floors everywhere!! Disgusting carpet!! Looks like it haven't been replaced in 10 years (according to TGM the whole place was re-done 3 years ago).
Let's not even talk about the ridiculous high utility bills! I live in a 900 square feet apartment (2 bedrooms 1 bath) and the powe bill is $300!!! You would think moving into Manassas would save you some money....

The model was beautiful but when you move in its nothing like it. Ive been here for 6 ish months now and i'm ready to get a new place, its a nice quiet area but an unsafe area. Dumb rules-we were told to take down our lights on our porch because we can have decorations...
High price apartments for an area like this. The walls are kinda thin, we can hear our neighbors music sometimes and it can get annoying. The washer and dryer are the worst, it takes 4 loads of laundry just to get everything done. They're way to small.
But the nice thing about it is the kitchen, very nice and its the

This place charges way too much for the unsafe area it's in. In the past week there were 3 murders within a 1 mile radius of TGM apartments. Every week there is at least one robbery, armed assault, and home burglary within a 1 mile radius. (Crimes are consistently reported in the Prince William police blotter on Lomond, Community Dr, Ballsford and Sudley rd). I would not bring a family to live here or feel safe going out after dark.

"I gotta get that place with the thin walls, crazy high utility bills, over crowded parking lot with pot holes EVERYWHERE, rude and loud neighbors that leave cigarette buds throughout the parking lot. Not to mention the small, smelly gym with permanently out of order equipment. I need more of THAT"

Said NO ONE EVER.

But that is what you will get if you move to this polished garbage can.

I was drawn in by the updated kitchen and polished look. However that does not excuse the fact that the walls are paper thin (which led to $250+ utility bills in winter), and have so much paint

Don't be fooled by their model apartment. As nice as it looks and up-to-date with their "renovations", it's not a valid representation of what you'll be living in for the next year.

A year ago, we were very excited to have had our application approved by TGM and were looking forward to our move-in date. Walking into the 2nd floor apartment after receiving our keys was a complete disappointment. You could see where the maintenance department painted on the walls to cover up blemishes from the previous tenants. The sink drain was clogged so much that it caused the

I honestly can't explain how disappointed I am with this place.

To start, the rent is very high for what is has to offer. It claims to be a "luxury apartment", which simply means they've replaced their broken appliances from the 80s with the lowest end, yet brand new appliances you could find. They began promising this renovation when they took over in December of 2011 and completed the finishing touches in early spring of 2013. While the new appliances made living there a little more bearable, there obviously wasn't anything they could do about the mice you can hear scurrying
