Worst management ever, We have scheduled to leave the apartment by paying two months charge and we paid the first part as we were told, and people in the office clearly said that we have to pay the second part when we move out. We could have paid if we were told to pay otherwise. Now they are charging $45 more for late payment. This is not a big money comparing to two months rent we've already paid. But their misleading information is causing the one star, which is too much for it..

My experience prior to move in has been fantastic. Shockingly good to be honest. I have dealt with many rude apartment companies or ones who just aren't helpful and that is the opposite with Westgate. Two people in particular, Ramsay has been amazing, answered every question I have had (there have been many), has gone above and beyond to help me and has been very professional while still very welcoming. When he wasn't available, Stephanie helped me a ton as well. Really looking forward to move in knowing that there is a great team working for this place

Whoever owns this place needs to give Latoya Murray a raise!! Not only is she super accomodating and professional she understands and gives 100000% effort to help people reach a resolution. I would have renewed but we are moving out of state. They spray for bugs often and their customer service is TOP TIER. Mrs. Murray I hope you get a raise!! You deserve it!! Thank you!!

Disappointed... Have Lived In Westgate Apartments Since 2013 in Apartments And Upgraded To A 3 Bedroom Townhouse in 2015 Had No Issues Til 2020 i Had My First Conplaint Notice But Had Lease Terminated in 2021 4 Months Before Lease Finished After Recieving Notice Saying Neighbors Complained Called Office Explained Situation And Still Was Told I Had To Terminate.. Well In That Case All Townhouses Should Be Inspected Neighbors Giving Wrong Information On Tenants.. Other Than That Westgate Was A Good Place To Call Home After Living There 8 Years.

Maintenance does not wear shoe coverings on fully carpeted apartments, especially during the pandemic. Some are very inexperienced and do not clean up after themselves. Housing is very affordable, parking is not too bad, cleaning crew goes above and beyond of making sure that all common areas of the complex and surroundings are clean. Office is great and friendly and respond to service request fairly fast.

This review pertains only to the non-renovated side of the Westgate Apartments.
We’re paying $1,311 + Utilities/month for an apartment that’s less than 700 ft.² with cabinets, appliances, and plumbing from the mid 90’s. The walls are so thin, we can hear footsteps and full conversations from most of the apartments on our floor and the apartment directly below us. Parking is very, very congested. The ventilation seems to be shared throughout the floors. We can smell our neighbors breakfast, lunch, and dinner just as strongly as if it were cooked in our kitchen and our neighbors cigarette

I just move into Westgate and I absolutely love it. The customer services provided my maintenance department, Sandra, and my moving leasing agent Melissa have been so professional and have provided so much help with assisting me with the issues I have had. I would definitely recommend Westgate to all my friends.
