We husband and two children moved in almost 3 years ago. We were amazed at how clean and friendly the community was. The apartments are modern, spacious, and quiet and customer service is a priority here. Our children have a safe environment to play with other children at either of their two playgrounds or pool. They have lots of social events throughout the year and have constant communication regarding anything impacting the community. The fitness center is updated and never too crowded. The apartment is across the street from the VRE and very close to downtown Manassas. I could not ask for a

We moved here in September of this year from overseas (Japan), so we were not able to check out any neighborhoods in the area or physically come see this community in person. The leasing process was seamless! They staff was very responsive & took care of what we needed. From past experiences, once you sign a lease, usually the staff isn’t accommodating or very friendly, but we have not experienced this issue at the elms. The staff is always extremely nice & helpful. Also, maintenance requests are responded to very quickly. Parking is never an issue for us, and our neighbors are not noisy. It’s

My fiancé and I rented our first apartment at the Elms at Signal Hill Station. We lived there for a year! Throughout our stay, we have nothing but good things to say about this apartment complex. The amenities are great. The office staff, the maintenance staff, and the cleaning staff are phenomenal. Specifically, Sylvia. When we moved in, our apartment was SO clean. Everything about this community has been 100% great! The property is clean, well maintained, spacious, has a terrific setting, awesome pool, clubhouse and fitness center! The Elms at Signal Hill Station is a fantastic community and extremely well managed. I’ve lived here for three years now and have always had wonderful interactions with the staff members who are always looking to make sure my needs are met with satisfaction and in a timely manner. The grounds are constantly being taken care of by the maintenance staff, who maintain a well kept, clean community. If issues do arise within the community, they appear to be handled correctly and appropriately in a timely manner.
