The WORST place to live, the manager is really rude with the residents, the neighbors are really noisy, and nasty! They don’t care about living in a community! They are really dirty and nobody comes to clean the shared spaces, if you want to live with trash everywhere come here! Don’t waste your time going to the office or sending emails, they don’t care about that, and if you go to complain about it, they will be really rude with you, doesn’t matter if you are white, black, Asian etc, especially the manager! Roberto was nice and professional, but the manager is complete ignorant!! I moved

My mother ordered a recliner from this place and in my opinion was way too expensive. Anyways when they came to deliver my recliner they came with someone's pick up truck and two women, two random unexperienced movers, and no moving equipment. Long story short it took two men and two ladies directing them to get it up two flights of steps . These men put holes in my wall and chipped my paint on the walls on both sets of staircases. I have NEVER EVER had movers bang up my walls like that. I was upstairs on the top floor so I didn't see them move the chair up. Had I seen how negligent and careless

Well hello I’m living here for a good 2 years and a half. We have see a lot of cockroaches here and spider and snakes. And well if there no adult in the house and when I call sometimes they don’t even come. And let’s not talk about the doors they are hard to close and open we did everything but it doesn’t work.But we love the pool her and the lifeguard is so nice in all it’s a good place to live.

The rent here is high for what you get. Very old, dilapidated buildings that are constantly having issues like... - water leaks in when it rains - the windows don't keep out the cold/heat (so your power bills are high) - appliances frequently break from old age - the bathroom sinks and tubs are so old they spray-painted them white to try and hide their age, but the paint chips off a few months after you move in - bed bugs!
