The Point At Palisades

We moved in to the Palasaids recently
...Wow! Nice place!. It's a gated apt. community with two entrances. No riff raff to bother you. It's very clean, tenant's are friendly, the ones I've met so far. The staff are very pleasant and professional. The manager, Ms. Kim was a delight when I spoke with her. Very positive and made me feel welcome to our new diggs. The apt is on the second floor. Luckily they do have an elevator which made moving in easy. They have a nice spacious kitchen with nice black appliances. Lots of windows and a very comfortable feel to it. WARNING!!! DO NOT MOVE THERE. This was the worse place I’ve lived. Only good thing is maintenance. Management is the worse I’ve seen. Neighbors upstairs make noise all day and night, constant banging on the floor, management did nothing for months up until I left. They kept pushing the can down the road. I was given excuse after excuse. They even had the bright idea to do a noise test in both apartments! Really? As if the people would make noise will a noise test will be done. I’ve had to call police several times because of this noise. For the icing on the cake, if you live in Manassas Park

Ok so this review is for parking. My mother lives here and has a 2 bedroom which she pays for monthly. I missed the rental office this evening and called the maintenance emergency number and was told that I need to go onto the portal to print a pass...however that isn't a good link. So, now i am here...no where to park my car and live 2 hours away. My mother should be given a pass for visitors ...this is unacceptable. While the maintenance man did offer street parking or printing a pass the link on the community website was broken and I tried for over an hour to print the pass out unsuccessfully

I've been here for 3 years This staff has always been Very polite And professional The maintenance crew is the best I've seen in my last 4 apartments over the years I'm Moving because of business This is a really good place to live.

I moved in around a month ago, love the apartment space for a 1bedroom & community is nice! I'm very pleased so far. Michele helped me out throughout the leasing process and was extremely friendly and attentive. She made my move in process SO easy! Lucia has also been very sweet and helpful anytime I have any questions :)

My boyfriend and I have lived here for 2 years now, we're going on to three years. The girls at the front desk are very helpful and nice. The maintenance team is always on top of things. The community is well kept and the amenities are great and THEY DO NOT CHARGE AN AMENITY FEE. HUGE PLUS!

I've enjoyed my time here at Palisades. The staff and maintenance are super helpful and responsive. Just the other day I had an issue with my washer and within minutes of me calling the work order in Maintenance came to my home. Keep doing what you're doing because you guys are rockstars.

My hobby and I needed an apartment to call home for the next 5 years before we retire. I am very glad we chose Palisades. This is our first year and we have really enjoyed our stay, it was been nothing about absolutely pleasant. The staff is always willing to help, the ladies at the leasing office are simply wonderful. Whenever something needs attention in my apartment home maintenance comes within less 24-hours of having reached out to the leasing staff. The community is also well maintained.

This apartment is horribly managed. They constantly fail to communicate properly with residents, and refuse to accept the blame. It is by no means a "luxury" apartment home. I would give them no stars, but I really liked the layout. The gym always smelled like a wet dog. Equipment was rarely maintained. Equipment would go missing. And, you pay for a portion of the county's water $40-50/month minimum before your own water bill. Another piece of information they don't disclose upon lease signing.
