Purchasing power - securing the lowest prices for utilities, supplies and other building services. Refinancing - assisting your underlying mortgage by securing the lowest rates available on the commercial level because of our long term relationships with lenders. Pre-negotiate - bulk rate fuel discounts from vendors on behalf of buildings in our management portfolio.
Provide all financial information to assist accountant for annual or special audits and year-end report. Implement and enforce all rules, bylaws, procedures and recommend revisions when appropriate. Liaise with Board of Managers through written, e-mail, and telephone communications in order to administer the business of the condominium.

This place is Awesome,The mechanic Mr. Kelly and the receptionist are amazing. Honest professional work. I've been taking my 2003 GMC Envoy there for at least 7 years. We live in a building managed by Sandberg. Their service is astoundingly unprofessional. In addition to multiple failures in day-to-day management, they cost us a buyer on our condo because they took weeks to respond to basic due diligence questions, and when they did reply they submitted incomplete information. The buyer walked because they did not trust a building managed by Sandberg and we do not blame the buyer; doing such work is a core responsibility of a management company. If you are considering a management company for your building, please heed my advice and look at another provider.

Sandberg is one of the best management firms I've worked with. Their professionalism is first rate and I was impressed with their commitment to communication and reliability. I own 2 apartments, in two different Sandberg managed properties. I am also on the Board in one of the buildings. Recently we had to fire our Superintendent for disciplinary reasons. The Property Manager was able to arrange multiple interviews with qualified Supers in a very short time-frame. We ended up hiring the Super recommended by management and so far we couldn't be happier. Kudos to the Sandberg Team for stepping up and delivering throughout this arduous process.

I've been in the property management business for over 20 years, and I can say without reservation that Sandberg Management is one of the best mid-sized management companies around. I was an employee there for several years with my own portfolio, and it was a wonderful and supportive environment. I left with great sadness to pursue an on-site position, but still maintain a great working relationship with their staff as the building I currently manage neighbors one of their long time accounts. Money hungry, unprofessional, clown house, lack of experience, and a scam. Sandberg will try to tell you anything to get you to let them manage your building. Check the facts because they love to lie especially about the experience of their property managers!! They hire anybody to take on lead positions which end in a frenzy of confusion.
