However, the pet policy varies from property to property, depending upon the owner's terms. We use a five-step qualifying process.

We can offer a 100% management and leasing service or a shared effort with the property owner or other professionals. Our fees for management are very competitive and usually range from 6 to 10% of gross receipts depending on the type of property and the services required.

As a property owner I have used this company for over 15 years. I have finally sold my last property In Tucson and I am very happy with Renee and company. They have managed my properties through thick and thin and helped me navigate the sale process to the end. They have always maintained a professional and friendly attitude. Anyone who has dealt with C level properties knows the problem levels are increased. The true test of a management company is in how they deal with each situation. These guys are stellar!!

If your simply looking for a management company that will do barely the bare minimum handling your property then these guys are for you. They'll seem super nice and professional but there completely overworked and understaffed it's very clear to me that their only interested in having AS MANY properties here in Tucson no matter how unlivable they are as long as your willing to allow for your property to be in barley living condition while still collecting a check. Cha Ching.

Our family has had experience with many different property management groups over many years and I can wholeheartedly say that Werth Realty has been the best to work with. Renee and her staff are top notch and we never had anything to worry about as long distance owners. Repairs were always addressed quickly and fairly. Communication was easy and very professional. I can't recommend them enough!

Let me tell you what, this company deserves more then 5 starts. When me and my wife were looking for a place to live and quickly Victoria Alexander was ON TOP of it. She found us a place that fit our needs and price range and found it fast! The owner Renee Wood was also very accommodating and made me feel like she really cared about my needs. 10/10 would recommend! Great job ladies!

I have had some a great experience renting from Werth Realty. I am a junior at the University of Arizona and have been renting from here for a couple years now and have been pleased with every minute of it.
I have had the pleasure of working with Brittany, she is always sure to take care of any of my concerns and issues that i have had while living in my apartment. She is always very courteous and does her best to make sure any work is done in a timely fashion.

Prospective tenants avoid this company, the majority of good reviews are from owners only, not tenants. Horrible renting company.
Very rude and unprofessional office staff, they don't care about tenants once you sign the lease. Even if your apartment is unsafe or you are unable to move in because of their incompetence, they don't care. The maintenance staff they send out to do repairs are completely worthless, all they do is band-aid fix the problem and don't fix the actual cause (i.e. flooding). In my opinion after what I've experienced with this company, houses you rent will not be taken care of. I just recently moved out of their Santa Rita Avenue property (Unit 1). This is a house that Werth knew absolutely nothing about because all they cared about was renting it out rather than spending some time to fix its many many many many problems before putting it on all of the rental websites. They didn't even know about the expired food, dirty and chipped plates, or the empty paint can left in the kitchen cabinets for us to deal with when we moved in. After moving in, the house flooded

Nothing but good things to say about the professional manner in which this company takes care of their clients.
The complex they manage is way nicer, cleaner and better taken care of than the prior company we had.
They are friendly and courteous on the phone, deal with issues that come up promptly and are readily available for concerns.

I've read many of the reviews and am very sorry to report that I've received anything but great customer service from this company. They do a horrible job of following up on work orders or getting anything fixed that needs to for that matter. They are insensitive to specific needs of their renters, needs such as consistent hot water while showering, trimming of trees and shrubbery so that they aren't over grown or attracting bees/wasps, leaking of the roof which can be seen on ceilings and evidence of the water soaked walls that are now breaking apart due to water damage, replacing

They are the worst realty company I have ever been with. Not only did the inspect my apartment 4 times in 9 months they also didn't provide 48 hours notice, at least to me. The few times I found out about the inspections was through a neighbor who said that on at least one occasion he saw them when they were passing out the notices and told me that they actually didn't put anything on my door at all. There is no quiet enjoyment here which is required by law. On top of that during one said inspection, the first one in fact, I told them about some things that need to be fixed and 9 months

It is our second home - we are not professional landlords. We have only one property, so Werth Realty isn't making a whole lot of money from our account, that's for sure
