I can't say I'd recommend this place to anyone. While I had no problems with the front office. The Property Manager, who is the owner and the Broker for Ameriwest Realty is very unprofessional.
We had our sliding door break and then our back window in our new rental home break. He determined that somehow I have a temper and broke it and that he won't be renewing our lease. We have had zero issues or complaints and our rent is on autopay so it's never late.
The rental house is in perfect condition, but for someone reason I would break the windows (due to my supposed temper) and then contact them

My wife and I recently applied for a rental home and was recently denied with an undetermined reason. Based off of the strange information that was given in the conversation with Sandra, she says one thing while the company claims to hold a different standard.This is confirmed with the help of another employee and with that information leads us to believe that we shouldn't have been denied. After what seems to be being lied to for whatever reason, we will never rent a home from this company ever again. What we experienced I hope is not common practice and only just something that we personally

The Ameriwest Realty, LLC took care our investment house in Vegas for a long time. The company is very professional, friendly, quick response to our need and when our tenant had any problem, they contacted us right away.

I rented a property out and Sandy was the agent that helped me from beginning to end. Very easy going and incredibly pleasant to deal with. I've dealt with many property management companies and have had horrible experiences. Sandy and her team do not bother you during your leasing contract. My privacy is important and they are not invasive in any way. This was best team to deal with. Thank you so much, Ms Sandy!

Read the fine print and document everything! I rent and have discovered they do not adhere to everything they say. The HOA doesn't take care of issues unless you put it in writing and name names. (Like we know all the neighbors names). Sandy is pleasant but will say one thing and then when in writing say another. Their customer service is okay but not efficient and they don't fix anything unless it breaks down completely or stops working. We take photos of everything and document everything because we don't fully trust them.
