It's like a second home. The rooms are clean, sheets are fresh, and the layout is much more welcoming than a hotel room. I love this place! The rooms are really nice, clean and new. Ten charming suites are available. All have completely equipped modern kitchenettes, bar counters with stools, refrigerators and microwave ovens, hardwood floors throughout, and complimentary coffee and tea. We provide daily housekeeping service. All bed covers & blankets are washed and fresh for our new guests.
We are located close to Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor and within minutes walking distance to three major beaches: Twin Lakes State Beach extending to the Yacht Harbor, The Sheltered Cove Beach, ideal for families with children, and the neighboring expansive beach extending to Pleasure Point, a favorite for surfers.
Pelican Point Inn is a NON-SMOKING facility. A $200 cleaning fee may be applied if any residual smoke smell or evidence is apparent in a guest room regardless of the type of tobacco or rationale. Pet owners must keep their dog on a leash while outside Pelican Point Inn. Pet owners agree not to leave their dog alone in the room while not on the property.
