In the room you feel like you're on the set of a 60's show like I dream of Jeannie. The employees are great, and helpful. The place is ADA accessible as we'll. They have complimentary non electric beach cruisers that are awesome fun too. Heated pool and large jacuzzi with ocean view!! And every room has beach view. Will definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great beach front hotel! Coffee in the Room is good but if you like the flavored coffees then they have fresh baked goods and baristas.

I do not have one complaint about this resort. My girlfriend and I showed up for a 1 night stay and ended up staying for 3 nights and left engaged! The front desk staff was so kind and got us checked into the room early. The pool and hot tub were amazing with the beautiful view of the ocean. The bartender at the pool was happy and had great vibes! We loved the cruiser bikes that you could rent and the bell staff was also great when getting the bikes for us. The coffee bar in the lobby is so cute and the lattes were GREAT! After we got engaged we told the front desk agent Anna. She was so kind and

Great place to stay. Room is clean and nicely decorated. The only small complaints I have is the tv is on the small side. But it is full HD and had a lot channels. Also there is no central ac. The view is great and it's nice to hear the waves clashing. The breakfast was delicious. I would recommend getting some in the morning. I will definitely plan on coming again. Front desk staff is nice as well

Nice rooms with great ocean view. Nice to have Valet service who not only take care of your car but also will bring your luggage to your room. Beach access available from the pool deck and they have gas firepits as well. You can also have check in and out from your phone and just have to visit front desk for your keys

Didn’t even stay at the hotel and was having trouble contacting the restaurant so we gave the front desk a call. Lisa was wonderful and helped us get connected no problem. We really appreciate the proactive approach and her willingness to help even though we weren’t guests. She was efficient and friendly and it is rare you come across such responsive customer service. We really appreciate it!

The staff and hotel location are amazing! You can not get a better view of the beautiful California Coast! We brought a leisure travel group here, mostly senior citizens, they loved it!
The location, check in/check out process, on site restaurant, pool area and jacuzzi were incredible! Hotel is in great shape with that 1968 Beach Boy vibe. Booking our group was flawless thanks to Dan Smart. I highly recommend this hotel for singles, families and groups.

Couldn't be more disappointed.
Room cost over $750 per night - but didn't provide as much value as hotel rooms costing $250 or less
First, we find a long black hair in the paper coffee cups next to the coffee machine.
Next, going out on the patio, it was totally spider-web infested. (Note: once I had cleaned them all out, they didn't return all week...so it's not as if they had cleaned up, but the spiders returned.)
I paid extra for a patio room, based on the photos on their website. They had cozy-looking patio furniture with colorful pillows. Turns out, the furniture legs are so low that it

This would have been a five star review but I’ve reduced it to one star due to the staff at reception acting really unkindly.
First, the good. The hotel is on the beach and most rooms have beautiful views. The restaurant has tasty food and the staff there are incredible. We ate there three times in three days and loved it.
Let me come to why I’ve given them just one star. On the day of checkout (which is at 11 am - note check-in is at 4 pm, so they have a 5 hour window to prepare rooms), I had a last minute work call that was scheduled from 11-12 noon. Further, our one-year old baby normally
