Stonewood Apartment Homes

We just recently moved into Stonewood Apartment Homes and couldn't be more pleased. The leasing experience we had was wonderful, Taylor and Xaela were extremely helpful and attentive. The maintenance staff has been great and came out promptly when I discovered a small leak from the dishwasher. The team at Stonewood Apartment Homes has strived to make living here a stress free experience from the beginning. Thank you to the staff for all that you do.

The staff here is awesome very attentive. We recently moved in and they answered all of our questions and were there to help revert step of the way. The maintenance turn around time is as quickly as the next day. Xaela Cueller is the best she made us feel so welcome and comfortable she’s a huge reason we chose to move in here. Overall very nice.

I love her energy. Also I love the environment of the leasing office they are very friendly and always helpful!

Recently moved in Stonewood apartments and so far we love it! Taylor and Xaela have been super helpful and very attentive. The maintenance team is great they came with in 24 hours to help us out. Staff is on top of everything. Would definitely recommend these apartments for any future tenants.

I’ve been staying here for quite some time and never once have I actually encounter such great customer zero Ed from the office stay they are definitely making all the right changes to the complex and are very friendly Taylor the assistant manager greats u with a smile even with having to wear a mask and I’ve only correspond with the property manager Mrs. Jessica over the phone or by email but has always fulfilled any request or concerns that we’re needed thank u all and continue the great work here.

After looking for a house for several months we had to find an apartment quickly. It’s been many years since I’ve lived in an apartment! Stonewood has turned out to be a pleasant place. The office staff Taylor, Xaela and Jessica are always professional, helpful and pleasant. I’ve had a few maintenance requests. They were handled quickly and professionally. There are newer fancier places to live if you want to spend $1,000+ more a month. Lastly, the location can’t be beat. We can get anywhere in town in 10 minutes or less.

I’ve been a resident for about 4/5 years now and before last week I really wouldn’t ask for help from the maintenance team cause usually the guys they would send weren’t really helpful UNTIL recently! I had a pretty big list of stuff that needed to be fixed and Carlos came and literally fixed 3/5 issues that SAME day!! And with the other issues I had, he communicated with me how to go further fixing them, I then saw him again so he could install a new dishwasher a couple of days later and had to get his name and thank him for all his help! Thank you so much again Carlos!!!!

The staff at Stonewood Apartments are very helpful. Erma the manager is very nice and super efficient, she always checks to see if any work orders were completed. The maintenance people are also polite. Since we have lived here we have never had any issues and the rent is very affordable. Definitely recommend Stonewood Apartments!

I've been in the apartment for almost 3 or 4 years. (time flies so fast hard to keep up). I always have good experience. this is so far the best, clean, above satisfactory as far as maintenance goes, most secured, apartment I've ever been. Above are the reflection of good leadership and management skills of Irma Alegria. She's always on the top of it. She works so hard for the satisfaction of tenants. She has a great customer service. She hear out our suggestion/complains/issues and make a resolution in a very timely manner. Excellent vibes or atmosphere always comes from the top to the bottom

This is my second year renting from Stonewood Apartments to house employees and so far it has been great! The Staff and Manager, Irma, are very friendly and helpful when I need assistance. The apartments are nicely maintained and affordable. I plan to keep renting at Stonewood Apartments Homes for a long term. The location is also a plus. The mall, other shopping centers and freeway are close by. I am truly satisfy with my rentals at Stonewood Apartments. Thank you Staff and Manager for making us feel welcomed and being attentive to our needs!
