I moved in July 2020 with my rent was $1,995 they raised up to $2,115 after first year ended and I also have to signed for the next 8 months lease (I was wondering why was it 8 months). And now I know why. After my 8 months lease, now they raised my rent to $2,326 with a note that thank you for my loyalty tenant and give me month to month rent. This is how they treat loyalty tenants here. In 20 months, my rent went up $331.
The apartment itself is so old and poor maintenance. I’ve never wash my clothes there, the laundry place is so dirty. The jacuzzi is horrible, dirty all the time and they

This place is absolutely terrible and it's the management's fault. The office people are terrible and rude. The maintenance have no idea what they are doing. Pick any place but here.

Horrible place! Please don’t rent here. Couldn’t have made a bigger mistake coming to this old, dingy, mistreated complex. The only nice thing about this place is the distance to my current job. Ive rented only two other places but this is bu far the most I’ve paid and the worst i’ve ever experienced. Makes me sorry for the people that end up getting trapped in a lease like we are.

I have lost my rights as a consumer apparently… don’t waste your hard earned money here. Nothing but headaches and disrespect from the management team. If you choose to live here, prepare for predatory practices like no other….

We have gone over a month and a half without A/C in the middle of the summer. Today is 100 degree outside and we cannot get our place under 90 degrees inside. It's brutal
Our oven knob also has not worked since we moved in, despite putting in multiple work requests. It currently says it's at 350 degrees F even though it's off. So we have had to guess what temperature our oven is at whenever we want to use it. (picture included - yep, that's "off" - its a good thing we know that much...)
If you have other options for renting, go with them

We lived there for a couple of years. The management became horrible. They were so rude, they wouldn’t give us back our deposit either, plus they dishonestly charged us for a bunch of stuff that we were not responsible for. Really weird stuff like resurfacing tubs and counters, etc. However, these things were not damaged when we moved. They are good at making stuff up.

Worst apartments in Temecula. Only move here if you like cockroaches and spending your time fighting for your rights. The staff is dishonest, and will use the legal team to make you pay for the claims that they substantiate against you. Do yourself a favor and spend the $1 or 2 hundred dollars more to find a place where you are appreciated and valued as a tenant. There is a reason they have a 1.8 star rating on here.

If I could give these guys negative stars I would. Renters beware. I lived in the building for about 3 years I moved out due to infestation. I’d asked several times for them to come out and treat the unit and they did send someone out once but it made the Infestation so much worse. And when I asked for someone to come out again it took them well over two months to have someone come out at which point I’d given up and decided it was time to move.
Prior to moving out I requested a walk through so I’d know what needed to be taken care of to get my deposit back and was told by the kid doing

Laundry room is not 24 hours as advertised and the grounds look like a trailer park almost every day. Not luxurious and spacious but we knew that moving in.

Living at sage canyon apartments has been good to me and my family. Maintenance and management have been very communitive and helpful with my needs to make my home as comfortable as possible.
