We just moved out of our apartment after 2+ years there, and the office team was very helpful. Our situation changed a lot over the past couple of years and Leslie was great. She especially was great at communicating with us and letting us know what was going on in connection to COVID-19 protocols. I definitely recommend checking them out and asking for Leslie, the property manager if you have any questions. She's super helpful!

A great place to live! Close to the freeway and very well-maintained. The staff, Leslie, Maggie, Felix and Ralph are the best! Anytime I need something they are very quick to respond. They're older buildings but they keep them up very well. I had an older refrigerator that was giving me problems and it was replaced the same day I reported the problems to the office. A great mix of people with quiet surroundings. 5 star living.

I have lived here for 7 years and the staff is the best. Leslie and Maggie are always quick when assistance is needed. They're very attentive and openly communicate when there is anything going on. Felix and Ralph are the best as well. Whenever there are maintenance needs they are extremely polite and always resolve whatever the issue is. I would highly recommend renting from this amazing staff! The facilities are nice and the view is amazing. Having an in-unit washer/ dryer and a screened-in patio is very convenient as well.

We were at Vintage View yesterday (not once but twice) because we could not see ourselves living anywhere else.
Maggie was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and made us feel like we were at home.
We wanted to acknowledge Maggie and express our gratitude for her patience and answering all of our questions.
She left a great first impression about how the property is managed and was more welcoming than the four other complexes we visited.
We hope to be able to move in here and start our lives together in our first home at Vintage View!

This is my second review for this apartment complex. I left a review when I first moved in because I was really impressed with the staff, and the living situation. Me and my roommate lived here for over 3 years and we never had one bad experience. A lot of yelp reviews for this place talk down on the apartment manager Leslie, and let me tell you I have met most of the people who left those reviews and they are toxic angry people to begin with. Leslie, and Emily were always unbelievably nice, and lenient with me. If i had a problem, I would talk to them and it would be resolved within days. I have

I wish I would have read the reviews prior to coming here, the ones about Leslie were quite on point. Had an interaction with her today she was less than polite, I shrugged it off thinking maybe she was just having a bad day however, spoke to her maintenance team who were just outside and seemed to have the same general attitude. People should not work in customer service if they dont like people.

My husband and I lived here for a year and that's only because we were stuck in a lease. If less than one star was an option, that's what I'd rate this place. It's a total s*** hole for what they charge for rent. The grounds are not kept up, they only bring landscapers out when the main company who runs this place, Cannon Management, is coming to do a yearly inspection. In our year of living there, we only saw landscapers there twice. once when we moved in and once when we moved out. So 99% of the time there's trash everywhere, plants are dead and over grown, and the asphalt

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. The office always knew our names and greeted us with happy faces, unlike huge complexes who don't care to get to know you.
Anytime something was broken or needed replacement they were quick to fix it. Extremely trustworthy and polite maintenance staff.

This apartment complex is not "luxury" as they describe but it is a decent place to live. The maintenance staff is friendly and they are quick to fix any problems. The complex is fairly quiet and the garage is one of the main reasons I moved here. It is a manual garage but it gets the job done! Enclosed patio and a washer & dryer. Overall decent place to live.

I don't know where to begin here...this place is awful. I negotiated a 1 year lease and within 20 days I had to move because of my job. I found another renter to take over my lease and paid 4 months in advance with dated money orders.
Fast forward 16 months later and I am receiving a bill for thousands of dollars by Vintage View through a collection agency.
