I use to live here for 4 years. It’s was a great place to start when I was a single mom of 2 kids. I never had any trouble with any of my neighbors. The only down fall was that that the washers were never working so I had to wash across the street from the complex. Other then that I think they have improved a lot. Probably the cheapest place to live in Temecula.

I spent here almost 2 years 5 months my favorite apartment Temecula garden.Specially staff is very helpful and friendly lorry my favorite one.Now they renew new apartment which is fabulous and awesome I wish I could stay here more but my job problem btw good luck and best wishes to my favorite spot.💕

It is the 3rd time I land at the apartments due to life's choice. I've never had a problem with anyone and management is very prompt in taking care of things.
Manager Erin B is very helpful and makes sure requests are completed in a timely manner. Newly remodeled units come w kitchen island and USB electric ports! Outstanding! Stainless steel appliances. You will make of the place you live in what you choose it to be.

I know multiple people who live here and they have problems with the new person or group that owns the property. They don't respond to maintenance request very well and they keep raising the rent. Also a building on the property is infested with rats and they won't get the problem fixed. They move people that complain to a different building but won't just fix the problem.

I lived here for about 6 months and I liked it. I was in the back, in the 400's, upstairs, and it was very quiet. The property was well maintained. I had very little interaction with the management, but the few times I did, they were very nice and helpful. It was so awesome that they had month-to-month. I would have stayed longer, but had to relocate for work.

Love living here...my wife and I moved here on short notice and were so pleased to find an apartment available to meet our needs. The management staff of Erica, Ann and Laura have been fantastic. Erica, especially, has been so helpful and willing to listen to all of our questions. Brian and the rest of the Maintenance staff have been great as well. Repairs or issues taken care of almost immediately. We have been so impressed that when my parents found themselves in need of an apartment, we recommended Temecula Gardens.

I like these apartments, the new management is super nice and over the 2 years I've lived here I can honestly say they've become my friends. The apartments themselves are nice and i never had any complaints about them. If I ever needed anything fixed it was always handled quickly. They recently made the laundromat way nicer with new paint and better machines. The pools are well maintained, so much so that the pool guy knows me because I say hello to him most mornings on my way to work. The neighbors are some of the friendliest I've ever had. I don't know what these other peoples problems are but
