If you are looking to live in Luxury apartments in the safety of a gated community with plenty of accessible amenities and a thorough management team, look somewhere else! If you find a sense of security it a complex that has a walk thru gate that doesn't lock, a drive in gate that's more often than not, wide open and accessible to all, and management that is equally lackadaisical and vindictive, you may have found your forever home. Roof repairs for 2 years and counting, pool area now closed for over a month with no sign of work. Entrance gate constantly broken and parking a nightmare which you have to pay for the privilege of using. On average 30 water shut offs per year. i do not recommend. If you live here I highly recommend withholding rent based on everything listed, perfectly legal. Talking to them is like talking to a wall.

Very disappointed in our six month stay. Starting from the day we moved in. We didn’t have a microwave when we toured there was one. We have SEVERAL maintenance requests mostly from plumbing. Toilets always clogged, sinks always leaked underneath, water heater leaked, dish washer quit on us twice, the stove quit on us, we had termites on the patio, fire alarms went off all the time for the slightest reasons, fires outside are a pain as well as the grills which always have rats. Homeless were bathing in the hot tub often or digging in the garbage. Trying to get a hold of anyone in the front office

This apartment building is very overpriced for what it offers. Specifically, Teagan was not a very great person to work with. She did not tell us the correct layout of the apartment, put incorrect numbers for how many keys and key fobs she was supposed to give us, and gave us inaccurate information every single time about when maintenance services were supposed to come to the apartment. She also gave us a gate remote that was not working. She has a very rude disposition, especially when questioned about expected services (such as above mentioned gate remote, key fobs, maintenance requests). The

To the people who are looking to rent here please read the review and think about if you wanna live here. When me and my girlfriend applied it was months before moving in, the person who helped us was always on top trying submit all our paperwork’s in. A week before move in date which is in July, we called and sent an email regarding if we needed to submit anymore files to make sure we have a smooth transition into our new place.
